She met with us multiple times to go over every detail, and even took the time to meet just to reassure me when I was stressed — something I’ll never forget. Her warmth and professionalism made the day feel effortless. The venue itself is stunning. It has the most romantic candlelit atmosphere, and honestly didn’t need much decor at all — just candles and the natural charm of the space. Café Cortina gave us the wedding of our dreams. We cannot recommend it enough!

With the help of my florist (The Flower Alley), they made it even more beautiful. The outside patio is where we had our ceremony with 55 people and it was a perfect, intimate wedding. The food service was incredible! The food tasted amazing, and the servers always made sure everyone’s drinks were full. Once dinner was over, we had our reception outside and it was large enough for everyone to dance the night away. If you’re thinking about having your wedding here, do it!!! Kelley (the day of coordinator that comes with the venue) was also very helpful and made sure everything went perfectly.

ous this venue is. We added flowers and candles to the tables, which was all we needed since the rooms were already stunning on their own. A majority of our wedding photos were taken at the venue because of how gorgeous it was. We had our ceremony on the patio, and it felt as if we were getting married in a romantic secret garden. We also had our dancing outside and my guests loved it. The food left my guests and I speechless, in an amazing way! Instead of your typical catering hall where you get a choice of meat, chicken or fish, we were allowed to choose from 6 different menu options and let me tell you, it was not easy to choose. My guests are still raving about how incredible the food was. The service was also amazing. Kelley, the event coordinator at the venue helped make my dream wedding a reality. She made planning an out of state wedding stress free.

When I walked down the aisle and then again into the reception and saw how the team at Cafe Cortina made my vision come to life I was completely blown away. The entire venue is absolutely beautiful. The food was outstanding, the drinks were wonderful, and the venue itself is absolutely stunning. The best part of the evening was how the staff took care of all my guests and kept things moving with ease. If I could live my wedding day all over again I would not go anywhere else.

ood. We absolutely loved having our wedding here (it was even more beautiful than we expected) and would 100% do it again and recommend it to others. We had the whole restaurant and outdoor area which was perfect, and had about 85 guests. Our ceremony was outside on the patio - the ceremony space was a little tight for our numbers but we knew that ahead of time and Kelley worked with us to make it work perfectly! Cafe Cortina quickly transitioned the space to our cocktail hour. Dinner after that was amazing - the hors d'oeuvres were great and all of the meals were phenomenal - we’ve never had such good food for a wedding and we are excited to go back for a normal dinner. The service at dinner was excellent and wine glasses were never empty. We were all blown away by how amazing the staff at Cafe Cortina was. Dessert served on the patio was a great touch as well. The patio at night is stunning with all of the lights - the only things we added were candles. Dancing out there was a blast! We did hire a DJ which I think is necessary for the space if you have a larger wedding. Kelley was easy to work with and responded quickly via text and hopped on calls when I asked. This isn't a traditional wedding venue, so you have to be on top of things planning wise (but with a restaurant as your venue, it's pretty easy). Kelley provided me with a few different seating chart options for our guest count and a sample day-of timeline, which I adjusted and sent back. As outlined in the contract, Cafe Cortina does not set up personal decorations, but as the space is already gorgeous, we really only decorated with flowers and candles and it went quickly. The outdoor space really doesn't need much as it's beautifully lit up when the sun goes down (it was honestly magical). We live out of state and having our wedding at Cafe Cortina made things super easy for us!

Kelley was very accommodating and quickly changed the ceremony location from the outdoor patio to the covered tent. It turned out beautiful! During the ceremony the rain trickled on the tent and it created a very romantic atmosphere. The rain ended up clearing after the ceremony and our guests were able to walk around outside on the patios. Leading up to our wedding, I appreciated the responsiveness from Kelley to answer all of our questions. She met with us in person to go over the timeline, layout, and all details for the day of. We had our guests complete preorders for their meal selection, which I think helped with the flow of the reception. The duration of the reception was just the right amount of time to take photos, mingle with guests, and enjoy the day. What took us by surprise was the amazing service we all experienced during the entire reception. I had never seen anything like it! The food portions are very generous & Cafe Cortina even boxed up our leftovers and we enjoyed it later on that night. Highly recommend Cafe Cortina to anyone who is looking for an intimate ceremony and reception spot that offers quality food, service, and a beautiful scenery. They also have their own onsite wedding planner, Kelley, who was so helpful and did an excellent job making sure everything went smoothly through out the night. Plus, the food here is seriously delicious, so no one will be leaving disappointed! Cafe Cortina gave my wife and I the best wedding we could have hoped for and I can't thank the staff there enough for it! I would, and will, gladly recommend this place to anyone!

some weather concerns and Kelley was able to help us coordinate a time change to ensure we had time to take enough photos in the chance that it started to rain. Also, the food was BEYOND exquisite, and we loved being able to choose 5 different entrees. Cafe Cortina provided a romantic, intimate wedding that we hoped to have - and knocked it way out of the park. We are so lucky and happy to have chosen Cafe Cortina and Kelley, and have cherished memories we will have for our lifetime.

but with the planning, communication, and organization around our wedding day. Prior to paying our deposit with Cafe Cortina, we had hired a day-of coordinator. We were told that a day-of coordinator wouldn't be necessary and that Kelley would handle all day-of planning, and planning leading up to the day. Unfortunately this was not the case. CONS: - Pre-wedding communication from Kelley was lackluster at best. We had to be the ones to initiate communication to create a seating chart, schedule a walkthrough and create a day-of plan. While Kelley was quite easy to get a hold of, we had a hard time getting answers from her and often had to ask the same question 2-3 times before it was answered. - Unfortunately Kelley was not much help on the day of the wedding. We provided her with a copy of our day-of schedule several days prior to the wedding, but it was not on her throughout the day, which caused concern and frustration several times on the day of the wedding. As the bride and groom, we were looking to her to let us know when events should be happening (ceremony starting, dinner beginning, etc) which did not happen. - We only had about 1.5 hours to set up decor before the wedding and were told that it was our responsibility to coordinate and arrange the decor, but that Kelley and the staff would assist. This was not the case at all. We had very simple decor (paper lanterns, flameless candles, one-piece table decor) and had three friends arrive 1.5 hours prior to the wedding to set up. Not only did Cafe Cortina not have a ladder (how??), but our friends received absolutely no help setting up and were still putting together decor when guests began to arrive. - We asked if the restaurant had a sound system to do our own music, or if we should hire a DJ and were told that most couples just use a bluetooth speaker. The three large speakers we brought were not near loud enough for us to be heard during the ceremony, for music to be heard during dinner, or for speeches to be heard. This was incredibly disappointing, as we would have gladly hired a DJ if we knew that sound would be an issue without a DJ-quality speaker system. - We really wanted Kelley to go the extra mile- when we asked what other couples had done for the ceremony or for advice on seating chart, her response was that we can "do whatever we want". That's great for flexibility, but as someone who has never planned a wedding before, I would have loved some guidance. Overall, for the price we paid, I did not feel like the service provided by Cafe Cortina was worth it.

ic and absolutely beautiful. The reception was held at the end of September. We had reserved the entire restaurant to ourselves. The food, drinks and service was fabulous. Many of our guests commented that they had such a great time and were so impressed that they are still talking about it to this day.

less than 50 people. I mean, besides the fact that I controlled the weather perfectly (haha), it was a pretty perfect day. Leading up to the day, Kelley was my new PofC and she was pretty helpful. I was a little bummed we didn't get our complimentary tasting of the food but it definitely did not disappoint day of. We were able to drop off our decorations and signs and what not the day before. I do kind of wish hey had a spreadsheet of everything they do have; DJ table, stand for officiant, easel, cake stand and serving utensils. That way we could've avoided a lot of back and forth. Day of, service was outstanding. Food was impeccable. Besides myself and now husband, that's what everyone talked about. Fresh, hot ciabatta, delicious fall salad. We will definitely be back for dinner and/or special occasions.

Kelley literally took care of everything so we could have a stress-free day. The food is also absolutely amazing. So fresh and expertly prepared. All of our guests raved that this was the best wedding meal they've ever had. We had the entire restaurant to ourselves, and felt very safe the entire time. There's also a great outdoor patio space available as well that would be great for large groups. We barely needed to bring-in any decorations because the space is so beautiful!

From valet men to servers to lighting to heaters to putting/keeping wood in the fireplace - this team welcomed you! Cafe Cortina - you have great people serving your vision. It was our privilege to receive the benefit of it. And our hats off to the team behind the team. Our food was delicious.”

ntimate winter wedding and little did we know how perfect it would turn out! From the start speaking to Rina and Kelley — we knew this was the place for us! They were so helpful and accommodating from the very beginning! I worked with Kelley the last 2 months planning our wedding and she was an absolute sweetheart and so helpful!! Without her I don’t know what we would’ve done! They helped bring our vision to life and worked with us with all of the Covid restrictions and helped to still make our wedding an absolute fairy tale. Our guests said they have never had such amazing food and the staff was impeccable. They truly made ourselves and our guests feel like first class. Our wedding was intimate, it was magical and top notch! If you are looking for a wedding venue for a small, elegant, intimate wedding this is the place for you! This place is great ANY season of the year!! Thank you so much Kelley and the entire cafe cortina staff for making our wedding a dream come true! We will be back for anniversary dinners for sure :)

They answered all of our questions, facilitated a walkthrough of the venue on short notice when we were home before the wedding. Our wedding day went beautifully! The outdoor ceremony space in the Chef's Garden was beautiful, they had a lovely sitting area outside of it for guests, and they were helpful in our families setting up decor ahead of time. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and felt like being served by family. The food was phenomenal and any requests we had were accommodated. We could not have been happier with the ceremony and dinner, and have already talked about going back for an anniversary dinner every year!

. We had a smaller (20 person) wedding so we were very impressed with their ability to cater to a smaller event size while still making the wedding feeling intimate and romantic. We originally planned to be married in the courtyard but due to rain we had to move inside. Thanks to Kelley and Rina we had a beautiful backup plan in place and everything went off without a hitch. The food was absolutely perfect! We had a gluten free guest and she was so impressed that they had delicious options for her and did not make the allergy a big deal. We also had our cake made by Café Cortina and it was delicious. On top of the great food the service there was exceptional. My husband has said repeatedly that Manuel was the best waiter that he has ever seen. Thank you Café Cortina for making our Wedding absolutely amazing. We cannot wait to come back! The Shoemakers

The intimate feel that Sharina has created makes the whole location feel very personal, we felt like we were the only people to have ever been married there. Kelly was always contactable via email and readily answered the many, many, many questions we had for her in the 4 weeks running up to the big day. Yes, we did plan our wedding in four whole weeks and I could not have done it without Kelly and Sharina. On the day we had absolutely nothing to worry about, the Cafe Cortina team ran the whole day seamlessly! We had heavy, heavy rain as well as glorious sunshine and the team had thought of everything, we were able to use the venue in its entirety without hiccup or problem. We cannot recommend Cafe Cortina more for those couples who want a stunning, personal and intimate wedding. The food and service was beyond impeccable and our guests still rave about the best wedding they've ever been to! We feel so incredibly lucky that we found Cafe Cortina and were able to get married in a place of such unbelievable beauty.

Every other venue we looked at made us feel like we had to fit into one of THEIR packages. Not Cafe Cortina. After just 15 minutes of speaking with Rina, we knew this was the place for us. Rina and team made every accommodation possible to make sure that OUR special day was perfect!!! We planned the wedding in less than two months, and the team was so great about staying connected, responding to my questions instantly, and accommodating every detail and request. They made us feel like they cared about our wedding as if it were their own and went above and beyond to make it an unforgettable experience!! We cannot thank them enough!!!
