The Studio is the smallest space, boasting just 100 square feet with views of the street beyond. A fully customizable space, this can be the ideal overflow room. The cafe can host 40 seated guests and 100 for a reception-style event. The space is equipped with a fully stocked bar and coffee bar. It is also decorated with the theme of the cafe in mind so tropical plants and greenery surround you. The Garden offers a stunning outdoor option, boasting space to host 75 seated guests or 150 standing. You can also have exclusive access to the venue for the duration of your celebration, offering complete privacy from the busy city. Cafe Erzulie provides in-house catering with a menu packed full of tropical flavors and traditional twists. It is sure to be a meal that your guests remember for some time. Mark Luxama was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He graduated from from Georgetown University and in 2017 opened Cafe Erzulie. He and his team are passionate about hospitality and have helped book and oversee thousands of events in their 7 years as an ownership group. Mark and his team have extensive experience planning all aspects of a wedding, from vendor recommendations and acquisition to food and drink expertise, floral arrangements, and more. My husband and I wanted our wedding celebration to be unique to us and an extension of how we live our lives by highlighting the places we love in our neighborhood. We had a lovely...
dinner with 75 of our closest family and friends followed by a truly incredible party at Cafe Erzulie for 150 people. We had guests in their 90's and guests in their 20's and everyone raved about how special and fun the party was. We have had so many great Jazz nights and late weekend nights at Erzulie and it was a dream to be able to have the place to ourselves and dance the night away. The staff worked really well with the catering team that we brought in for late night food and made the whole night so logistically easy. The drinks were delicious and such an improvement among standard wedding bar drinks. The backyard was transformed into a tropical disco party and our family and friends danced the night away. The cabana areas and inside tables provided people with space to talk and rest while the dance floor was busy all night long. The DJ, who plays regularly at Cafe Erzulie, was beyond incredible. We couldn't have been happier to have celebrated our wedding at Cafe Erzulie. One of the things I was most put off by when I started planning our wedding was how "wedding-industrial-complex" things can seem, and Erzulie felt one of a kind.

My husband and I were looking for a fun venue where we could have a ceremony and reception all in one. Our priorities were great drinks, plenty of food, and being able to dance. We...
wanted something that felt personal and joyous. Cafe Erzulie was INCREDIBLE. The staff are all so sweet and kind and helpful, and we ended up throwing a party that felt like us. We had minimal flowers, and the space still looked absolutely beautiful. I'm so grateful to the entire Cafe Erzulie staff for making our wedding so special!!
