planning, menu selection, room setup and service were the best. We planned the event from out of town, and the whole evening went smoothly. Everyone had a great time. It was the perfect wedding weekend kickoff.

or myself they started cleaning up and when I approached to say there was a mix up and to please call the event manager I was left in tears with her rude - rolling eyes and loud sigh saying YES I will be calling. Just when I thought everything was sorted and started trying to have fun with my guests who travelled from 7 different countries for this special day. She did it again at 11 stating she couldn't get ahold of the manager. I am not a cryer or make a big deal of things but everytime I looked over she was leaning against the bar on her phone and looked very annoyed as clearly she had plans. When I went to pay they tried to include the room rental fee before gratuity which is a large sum of money and when asked if I can please pay it separately as I did not want to tip her for the remaining hours as she put a damper on the night she said FINE! Sighed again and split it. Now I love Jana the events organizer so didn't want to leave a poor review as I know mistakes happen. As I said venue and location are wonderful but today 3 weeks later we got my fathers credit card statement that as he only authorized the beer and wine on his card he was charged the full amount, thousands more! I had already paid the remainder so now we are dealing with banks and credit card companies. To top it off the wait staff were taking full drinks and pouring them out. My guests kept telling me they would come back from dancing and their drink was gone again! They also had a tip jar on the bar which I was unaware of because I have never been treated so poorly and having this happen on your wedding day is the worst! I don't want to take away from the chef, he was fantastic. I spoke with the Manager and explained all of this so hopefully it will be fixed in the near future. The card issues that we are dealing with now is the icing on the cake so I thought I would share.

tably accommodate around 65 people. We had 74 people, which was a little tight. However, the food was incredible, and the guests loved the atmosphere. The menus they offer are very creative and unique. Susan Dysart was very easy to work with and very professional. They even have a flat screen tv which was perfect for showing our slideshow. We love this restaurant, and were so happy to be able to have our rehearsal dinner there! Highly recommend!
