My husband and I had the pleasure of having dinner at Cafe Lafayette last night on our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! It was a beautiful train ride on an elegantly restored train with an amazing 5 course dinner. Each course was better than the last, tantalizing every taste bud with fresh local ingredients. The staff was amazingly friendly and truly excited for us celebrating our special day, they even gave us a bride and groom rubber ducky from their gift shop to use in the hot tub in our hotel room. Our seats were on the upper deck which was a nice, private setting for a rehearsal dinner or smaller reception. My husband and I can't wait to come back next year for our anniversary, the total experience was out of this world!
