Louise (and Melissa & Miriam) went above and beyond my expectations! Our wedding was about 80 people in a venue that didn't have a lot of kitchen facilities, and it was to be total...ly vegan. She did an outstanding job from our first conversation to the day of - fielding my many, many questions and assuring me when I would get overwhelmed. I really appreciated her direct, no-nonsense, and honest communication approach. She understood that we both felt clueless and needed guidance when it came to designing a menu, and she whipped out a fully vegan one with our venue constraints in mind like it was nothing. Every step of the way, she was incredibly helpful and worked hard to let us know of the most affordable way to do things. She seamlessly coordinated the rentals as well, and the day of our wedding went off flawlessly with zero issues. We got TONS of compliments on the food as well, people couldn't believe it was vegan! The butternut squash mac and cheese was the biggest hit. I cannot recommend Cafe Louise enough - you will be in expert hands! 1000% would hire again.
