They were always so prompt if we had any questions and so flexible with any changes we needed to make. All of our guests raved about how wonderful the food was and the exceptional service. One thing that stood out about Cafe Natalie was their attention to detail! We had guests with allergies/dietary restrictions and even though we served food family style, they were very accommodating to those individual’s own dietary needs, creating them their own plate fit for their dietary restrictions! Melissa was the event manager for our wedding day and she was so sweet and kind to our guests! During our private dinner, the Cafe Natalie team took such great care of us so we’re so appreciative of that. I have nothing but the utmost respect and praise for Cafe Natalie. They were exceptional and exceeded all our expectations and so much more. Everyone at Cafe Natalie is tremendous and I would recommended them for all your catering needs!! cares about food, they made our wedding experience so incredibly memorable. I can't speak highly enough of them. Tasting/food selection experience: the tasting was quite easy to schedule, however I can understand for some couples if figuring out weekday times to do wedding tastings can be a little difficult. We were sent an extensive menu ahead of time of selection options and were given the option to pick several appetizers, salads, and entrees. On the day of our tasting, we were welcomed with a glass of champagne. The tasting was held in a private room at their offices. We were able to review all of the silverware and plating options as well at this time. The food was brought out in courses. Everything was delicious. One thing I hadn't anticipated was that they are able to make modifications to their menu to suit your tastes. For example, the salad that we enjoyed the most we thought would be better with fresh blueberries as opposed to dried and they were very easily able to make this accommodation without extra charges. In another instance, we thoroughly enjoyed their steak option, but I love a steak Diane sauce, and they were able to add that on to our menu. Later on, after we had signed on with them, we were even able to repeat a tasting to try a few other options to further refine our final menu. One thing that we really loved about Cafe Natalie was that every guest receives a dual entree which is somewhat unique compared to what we've seen at previous weddings. Communication: getting in touch with the staff at Cafe Natalie was always prompt and professional. We were always able to get our questions answered within a business day. We had several guests on our guest list with specific dietary restrictions and cafe Natalie was able to accommodate all of these guests with appropriate dual entrees. All of these guests were able to be served individually despite the fact that we had chosen family style dining for the rest of the party. Day of: the service that Cafe Natalie provided on the day of our wedding was really seamless. They did a great job of setting up the dining room according to our specifications. All of the place settings were neat and spotless. Amy was our point of contact for the day and she did a fantastic job of communicating with our coordinator to make sure that things were running promptly. After we were done taking wedding photos, Amy was even kind enough to take us aside and provide us with some hot and delicious appetizers. In terms of the food service, all of the food was exactly as we had tasted during the original tasting (I can't emphasize how relieved I was that this was the case). We were very happy with all of our selections and our guests were very satisfied as well. As for the bar service, everybody seemed to be working quickly and professionally. None of our guests had any complaints about the bar, nor did anybody seem overserved which was nice. The staff at cafe Natalie also sent us home with a bag of packaged food from the dinner and wedding cake (we devoured this shortly after getting home). Overall, this was truly a wonderful experience and we are incredibly grateful to Café Natalie for the part that they played in our special day!

She did an excellent job orchestrating the staff and ensuring all of the guests were happy. The service staff at each station were attentive and courteous to our guest. groom’s name made the nuptials and wedding season begin to come to full realization that we were on our way. The tasting was amazing with plenty of each of our choices to try to get the perfect taste of which selections we wanted for the wedding. From that moment we knew the food no matter what we chose would be phenomenal. In the middle of the process we misunderstood the choosing of dual vs. single entree, but Cafe Natalie worked with us and made our vision still work for us and them. Their reply was “we can do that, and please don’t hesitate with any other needs”. We had a vision for our service and table look when our guests saw the room for the first time that would require a little more staff to serve. The minimal cost to have that done made the difference to our vision and their service for 240 sit down guests flawless and elegant. Lastly and probably most importantly, if you made it this far… I’ve never been to a wedding where I walked away feeling like I just ate a 5 star meal. Every guest that mentioned their meal said they never had a better meal and much less at a wedding. People that don’t normally eat some of our choices were amazed and loved the dish. The portion sizes were large. We could not have found a better caterer for our event!

From our first contact and even after our wedding day, Cafe Natalie was incredibly responsive to our message and were able to accommodate many of our special requests. To top it off, they were always friendly and considerate. But most importantly, the food was absolutely incredible! We opted for the Vietnamese menu and were hooked from the first bite of our tasting. It only got better from there, as every dish they served was a hit. It was a tough call for us to narrow down our options, but they helped guide us through the choices to craft a menu that our guests would enjoy. And that they did. All of our guests were raving about the food, to the point that it was one of the more common messages in our guest book!

All communication was answered promptly, working with them was a dream. Isabella was our sales rep and event manager and we selected a seated plated menu with cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres and charcuterie board (the spread was amazing!) Best Caterer in town! Now we have to think of another event to have so we can taste their food again!

The bartenders made sure we were never wanting, which is not an easy task given how much we drink! We just cannot say enough good things. The bartender was the greatest and made sure all the guests had enough dancing juice. The pulled pork tostadas were hands down my husbands favorite. The mushroom risotto stole my heart. The jalapeno chicken was a family favorite though the Korean steak wasn't far behind. As my husband and I made the rounds while people ate dinner we were met with nothing but compliments. One of my bridemaids had a vegetarian meal which she loved and still tries to recreate.
