Cafe Pierrot

It was truly love at first bite. As soon as we did our tasting with Cafe Pierrot, we knew we were going to pick them to create our wedding cake. The hardest decision we had was picking which flavor we loved the best! So hard in fact, that the morning we were scheduled to speak with Kate, the wedding coordinator, we told her we were still undecided between two flavors - the tiramisu (incredible) and the lemon raspberry mousse (delicious)! She laughed and told us that we could have both and do different flavors for different tiers of the cake! We were so excited for everyone to try the cake at the wedding and everyone LOVED it. We decided to go with an ombre of shades of purple on our cake to match our theming for the wedding and it fit perfectly. In addition to the cake itself, we were so thrilled that we could order vegan cupcakes as well for our vegan guests. Our guests told us that they went back for seconds because they were so delicious! Can't wait to swing by Cafe Pierrot in the future for more yummy treats!!

Cafe Pierrot was a part of our package with our venue, Ballyowen Golf Club, and we are so happy that they did our cake! All of the flavors at the tasting in 2019 were delicious, it almost made choosing a flavor too difficult. When we postponed from 2020 to 2021, we couldn’t remember which ones we liked. We contacted Cafe Pierrot and they gave us samples of fillings for an extremely reasonable price. We decided on Vanilla cake with Cannoli Cream and Chocolate Chip filling. We loved it on our wedding day and all of our guests said it was absolutely delicious! They have a variety of styles of cakes online that we were able to find the perfect cake for us!

A week before the wedding (mind you this is over Christmas), we gave Cafe Pierrot a call. They were wonderful listeners are really made sure to understand what we wanted. They offered suggestions or changes based on our budget. Our cakes were delicious and simply beautiful!! We look forward to visiting them every winter when we go back to NJ to celebrate another year of marriage with some really good cake.

The folks at Cafe Pierrot were super helpful, and the cake was delicious! They were even able to make us some vegan cupcakes for our vegan guests. We gave them an idea of the design we wanted, and they executed it perfectly!

Our wedding was in June of 2019 at Lake Mohawk Country Club in Sparta. We ordered the Vanilla Cake layered with fresh strawberries and it was delicious! Some of our guests commented that it was the best cake that they ever had at a wedding! Cafe Pierrot was professional and reasonably priced. I would recommend this bakery over and over again! Thank you for baking the best wedding cake ever!

We were married Oct 7 at Farmstead Golf & Country Club and Cafe Pierrot is there preferred bakery. We absolutely loved our cake! At our tasting we thought we wanted a naked cake but were so glad they had us try their buttercream cakes! Their frosting is made in house and it is absolutely delicious! We ended up doing fresh strawberries and buttercream. They also supplied our apple cider donuts which tasted like there was literally fresh apple in them. We loved our cake so much we ate our top tier the week following the wedding instead of saving it! We also gave out and kept some of the leftover donuts and everyone raved about them even days later! Highly suggest using Cafe Pierrot!!!

Excellent service and the cake was amazing! We met for out tasting and they had everything labeled as far as what cake was what and told us we could combine any flavor we liked. We picked a flavor and picked our design and customized it to our own wedding. They checked in us about 2 weeks before the wedding to make sure we didn't want to change anything. It was delicious! Definitely give them a try!

Our wedding cake was delicious and came along with our venue contract through Ballyowen. We did fresh strawberries and tiramisu as our cake options. Our cake tasting was done alongside our venue tasting. It was very yummy. I also reached out to them for a birthday cake for my nephew's birthday, which was the same day as the wedding. They were very prompt in placing the order and sending me a bill. I mailed out payment right away and everything was taken care of and they delivered it along with the wedding cake. I picked a very simple design for our wedding cake and had my florist add flowers to it, so I can't comment on the wedding cake design. It looked beautiful together with the flowers. The birthday cake was cute too.

We had Cafe Pierrot cater our wedding on September 2nd, of 2017. The Cafe was very accommodating to our special diet needs as we are vegetarian, and some of our guests were vegan. All the food was very delicious and nicely served, the food showed up on time, if anything they were early and set up so quickly and effortlessly that I didn't even notice when it all happened! Also our wedding cake also made by them was amazing! I couldn't be more happy.

Our wedding cake was beautiful and DELICIOUS! We had a buttercream icing with a lemon mousse filling. It was sooo good. We showed Cafe Pierrot pictures of what we wanted, and they did a great job making it happen. We ordered the cake based on how many people we invited, so we did have extra because obviously not every one we invited came to the wedding. My only regret is leaving for the honeymoon and leaving the extra cake at home hahah! I wish I could have ate more! YUM

I used Cafe Pierrot for the cupcakes for my wedding on October 8, 2016. We got very basic chocolate and vanilla cupcakes with sprinkles. They were delicious and our guests still talk about them! Cafe Pierrot were very easy to work with and the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend working with them!

We got our wedding cake as a package deal through our venue, and it was amazingly delicious! I cant wait to eat it again on our 1 year. While neither bride nor groom are great fans of cake, it was a painless process and overall it looked great!

Our cake was even more beautiful than i had even imagined it to be. it was perfectly decorated in the way we had planned with the designer and was delicious. So many guests were WOWed by the decor and took tons of pictures. We had chocolate with cannoli cream and vanilla with vanilla cream and strawberries. I am more of a vanilla cake person, but that was by far the best chocolate cake I've ever had. Definitely would recommend this bakery and plan to go back each year for our anniversary.

A good friend of ours recommended Cafe Pierrot and offered to host a cake tasting for us at her house. All of the cake samples were beautiful and delicious! Once we chose the flavor we wanted, we scheduled a meeting with the cake decorator, Kim. She was wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions easily. She showed us several photos of cakes they made before, and we were able to pick and choose the details we liked from different photos. We received so many compliments on how beautiful the cake was, and how delicious it was! I have to say that while a lot of wedding cakes look impressive, they are not all so delicious. Our wedding cake was just perfect! We have also purchased other things from their bakery, and also had lunch there at the cafe. Everything is wonderful!

My husband and I got our wedding cake and cupcakes from Cafe Pierrot. We were getting married in Sparta, so it made sense to choose someplace close. There were other options, but we are so so happy we went here! At the cake tasting, we were given a whole bunch of options and eventually decided to get a small, 2-tier cake for cutting and then a bunch of cupcakes. The pictures we saw of previous cakes were adorable, and we asked if we could combine some ideas to make our own. Of course, we did! Both the cake and cupcakes were amazing, and very beautiful-looking. We kind of took a risk and ordered apple pie flavored cupcakes without trying them and wow - they were awesome. Everyone we worked with was very friendly, and they delivered and set up seamlessly, without me even really noticing. All cakes/cupcake places are expensive for weddings, but this was very reasonable (and we were on a budget) and we got more than our money's worth. Definitely would recommend!

We got our wedding favors from cafe pierrot because they are one of my favorite restaurants. We got giant chocolate chunk cookies which they individually wrapped and then placed our stickers that we provided on the cookies for us! So yummy and pretty!

We had our wedding cake from Cafe Pierrot and loved it! It looked absolutely stunning. It was designed EXACTLY as we wanted it. It was so perfect. The staff were very sweet and very accommodating. And of the course the cake was delicious! :)

Kim was great to work with! She helped us create the most beautiful cake that was perfect for our special day. Our guests raved about how yummy the cake was!

After the amazing cake trial of about 8 different flavors, we went with the vanilla cake with strawberry mousse. Best cake for summer weddings! They are incredibly nice people and the cake was a hit!! It was like eating a cloud of awesomeness. Very affordable and beautiful designs.
