Rachel was so amazing to work with for my daughter's wedding. The cake tasting was over the top. Lindsey and Drew had so much cake and so many flavors they got to try that it made the cake tasting a super fun event! Rachel was so easy to work with and communicate with during the whole wedding planning time. By the time the wedding day came, I had no worries about the cakes arriving and being exactly as we had planned. I would use her again for any occasion were we need a cake and certainly give my highest recommendation for her to any future bride!

Hi! I am Rachel, the owner, operator and hands behind Cafe Rachel. I am completely self-taught and fell in love with cakes and cake decorating. I truly believe Cakes and Desserts are the best part of planning a wedding. I used to be a nurse, so I understand multitasking, being busy and using time to the best of my ability. t without someone just watching us eat cake and feeling pressured to say yes. In the midst of stressful wedding planning the tasting was fun and honestly we may just buy a tasting box again because the cakes are so delicious.
As for the day of the wedding, the cake and cupcakes were absolutely beautiful. She even picked flowers that matched our wedding colors.
The guests LOVED our cupcakes and I’ve already had a few friends ask me for Rachel’s contact info. We also had a super funny memory where one of our uncles grabbed a cupcake before the grand entrance while everyone was waiting for us to be announced for the first time as Mr. And Mrs. S, and when we asked him later why he did that he said “I didn’t know I had to wait and they were so delicious I just had to grab two” everyone laughed and it was a memorable part of our wedding for sure.
If we ever have any cake needs in the future, without hesitation we would book with Rachel again!

and so hapy it worked out to have her do my cake. It was so hard to choose the flavors bjt the cookies and cream cake with strawberries and cream cheese was so delicious. Then lemon curd was perfect with the straberries and vanilla cake and buttercream frosting all over. The cake was stunning. And being able to see the making of the cake after wards is such a treat! The cake was ment to serve 75 even though i only had 45 ish peolle there everyone was going back for seconds So we wernt left with too much cake. We will be ordeing a small cake next year for our anniversary and probably in November my birthday. The cake was still moist 4 days later! The to go cake testing is stress free and perfect for date night. My husband and I ate our in a park near by since we couldn't wait to drive home frist. My family has high standards for cake and it pasted with flying colors. I worked as with Rachel though instagram and Email I asked question and was answered with clear and helpful replys. Delivery is a must in my books it took so much stress off my plate and my husband's. Any furture cakes we need will be made by Rachel.
