Rachelle is simply AMAZING! She was my brain throughout the entire process and I appreciate everything she did for us. She had an answer for every question we had and made sure our...
special day was perfect from start to finish. I definitely recommend Cain Event Planning for all of your event needs!
What in the world would I or my mother have done without Rachelle?? I used Rachelle as a day-of coordinator, and thank god I did because I would have been an absolute mess without ...
her. From the very first phone consultation Rachelle was professional and gave me down and dirty details of how she runs things. My husband and I then met with her in person to discuss where we were at in our planning process and what else needed to be done. She was able to give me timelines, goals, and deadlines for finalizing vendors and also gave several vendor suggestions. From then on, she was always available to me via email and responded promptly whenever I had questions for her. Leading up to the wedding day, we walked through the venue, she wrote down every single detail that I wanted, and we sat down to discuss details about all vendors. I felt extremely confident and calm going into my wedding weekend knowing that Rachelle would be at the helm. Our rehearsal ran smoothly, she gave our bridal party clear and concise direction and eased mine and my husband's nerves. Then on our wedding day, she hit the ball out of the park. She was able to take all of the decorations, flowers, and whatever else I had and she displayed it all beautifully around the venue. She was able to be innovative and flexible with the few things that were extremely important to me. Rachelle helped make my wedding day perfect. Not only did she take all of the stress off of me, but she also took a ton of stress off of my parents and the groom's parents. I would recommend her to any type of bride, with any stylistic vision for their wedding.
Thank you Rachelle for going above and beyond for my husband and I's big day! It was one that is not soon to be topped!

ingle call from her and I knew she would have everything under control. I would hire Rachelle a thousand times over to keep me sane! She is a constant professional with the passion to bring her bride's vision to life.
Rachelle was an absolute dream to work with! I used her for "day-of" coordination, however, she was a help for much more than the day of the wedding. Coming up to the weeks immedi...
ately prior to the wedding she ensured that all the vendors were set up and ready to go on the big day. Every meeting we had with her she was extremely professional and made planning a fun experience! She is very reasonably priced and I have already recommended her to a few of my newly engaged girlfriends! Thanks to Rachelle, our big day went exactly as planned and was entirely stress free!
