stened to all of my bridesmaids and make touch ups and adjustments as needed based on what we wanted. Nobody wanted super heavy makeup and Shauna did AMAZING with long-lasting makeup that looked natural glam all night. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the communication was the toughest of any of my vendors and I had to reach out frequently to get emails back and there was no number to call. If you're flexible with communication and more laid back these hair and makeup artists are truly worth it!

t. From the minute I met her at my trial, I knew that I had made the right choice in choosing a hair and makeup artist for my wedding. Overall, Caitlin Mae Beauty is a team of kind, talented, and thoughtful artists who will rise above and beyond the occasion on your wedding day. I am not big on hair and makeup, so I wasn’t sure how to communicate my bridal vision beyond pictures. Somehow, Caitlin brought exactly what I was looking for to life. She listened to me and was super flexible about any changes I wanted to make. She made me feel like a real life princess on my wedding day. Looking back at the photos, I am routinely impressed by how she brought my favorite facial features to life with her artistry. One of my favorite details about her work is that she used airbrush foundation. My bridesmaids and I all agreed it was like real-life photoshop! From our first email to my big day, Caitlin was professional, prompt, and even brought incredible vibes to our getting ready party on my wedding day with her positivity and contagious energy. My bridesmaids and mom agreed that she and her team did the best hair and makeup they had ever seen for a wedding party. And finally, after an outdoor ceremony and dancing for nearly three hours, my hair and makeup did not move an INCH. I highly recommend Caitlin and her entire team for all of your wedding needs!

we all felt beautiful! They handled hair and makeup for 8 of us with ease. All of my bridesmaids and my mom and mother in law were over the moon about their hair and makeup, especially the fact that everything lasted all day, even with the August heat/humidity! My bridal hair/makeup from Caitlin was incredible, I’ve never felt so beautiful, and my now-husband was speechless during our first look!  Caitlin’s excellent communication and professionalism was so helpful throughout the general stress of wedding planning -  I had nothing to worry about and I’m so grateful for such a seamless experience! tting up the contract and she did my bridal hair and makeup. We had a trial at her studio, and it was great to work with her to start to put together my bridal vision. I provided feedback on the big day from the trial that I wanted to be bronzier and more sculpted and she delivered! My makeup did not budge all night even after many happy tears! Her and her team also did hair/makeup for my 8 bridesmaids and flower girl, and they were all so wonderful. I have a bridesmaid who has historically always hated professional makeup on her and she said this was the best makeup she ever had done, and she didn’t want to take it off at the end of the night! Additionally, I am not usually comfortable in lashes but whatever Caitlin did, made it so kept my lashes on all night (even through the after party!!!). Additionally, her pricing is competitive, and I would recommend her and her team to any future bride (or anyone wanting to look flawless for an event).

Caitlin is so collaborative through the process and through the trial she encourages you to share what you like or don't like and she adjusts everything to your needs perfectly. The make up looks were so natural and beautiful on everyone. The color matching was perfect for foundation. My makeup lasted all night long and my hair withstood the 30 mile and hour gusts throughout pictures. On my wedding morning, one of my gel x nails came off and Caitlin brought her gel kit and fixed my nail. I have recommended her and her team to everyone I know getting married because I truly loved how everyone’s hair and makeup came out! They made me and my girls feel gorgeous and confident (even my most picky friend was OBSESSED!! And that’s when you know). I have never felt more beautiful in my life - Caitlin listened intently to all of my requests, gracefully accepted any feedback, and made my vision come to life. From the trial to my wedding day, I was truly blown away by her work. My hair and makeup lasted all day & night, and I received SO many compliments. Caitlin has a way of maintaining a high level of professionalism, but also making it feel like she’s one of your dearest friends. She’s truly amazing. You MUST book Caitlin and her team, I cannot recommend them enough!!!

only cool, calm and collected the entire morning but aso much fun and truly our personal hype team. I actually was questioned by my friends the following morning for tips how to be in such a good headspace the morning of your wedding and Caitlin absolutely played a huge role in that. She and her team member Sarah created 13 beautiful hairstyles and each of my bridesmaids felt so good with their final product. She is so talented and my hair looked amazing all night! I wish I could relive every second of that day- thank you for making me feel so beautiful! 11/10 recommend.

My hair, which never holds a curl, was still secure and perfectly curled by 1am! Caitlin was very accommodating, kind, funny, and overall made me feel a lot more confident throughout the day. Caitlin was super accommodating both during the trial, asking for lots of details of what I wanted and also reminding me it's okay to tell her if I didn't like/wanted to change something, and afterwards when i let her know i wanted to change it up. The day of my wedding she was able to do exactly what I envisioned without having to do another trial! She also was very encouraging again to let her know if i wanted anything changed and I was able to have her tweak a few things to make my hair exactly the way I wanted. She even went above and beyond by aiding a few of my bridesmaids with their hair and makeup after I was all done. on top of all that she is super easy going and fun to talk to. I would definitely recommend Caitlin and her team!

f the wedding. I met our stylist, Angie, a few months prior for a hair and make up trial. I wanted glam waves and soft make up and she did an amazing job. We only had a few tweaks which she made sure to remember for the wedding day. The morning of the wedding, Angie arrived to our hotel promptly, was pleasant to work with and executed my brides maids, MOB, flower girl and my own hair and make up beautifully. Everyone was so happy with how theirs turned out and she even did touch ups before we all left. Overall, I am very happy with our experience and would highly recommend Caitlin Mae Beauty to future brides.

On the day of both hair and makeup were running ahead of schedule which took away any anxiety over timing. Plus, they were all really fun to get ready with. My hair and makeup stayed flawless throughout the entire day and night. My hair even held up through a windy day in the Boston Commons.

Caitlin worked her magic and did my hair exactly how I was envisioning and the products she used were amazing to keep the curls holding all day and night even after dancing! d my trial in May 2023 I walked out of her salon feeling radiant and bridal. While I was doing my trial she made it so easy to tell her what I liked and didn’t like and would change things so I could visualize what she was trying to explain. And if I didn’t like the change she would put it back. She was extremely patient with me during that trial and was so easy to talk to. While I waited for my turn to become a bride I would have questions here and there but never got upset if she didn’t respond right away because I knew she was busy. She is also very open on her social media about responding and if you should reach out again. I appreciated that honesty and never felt like I was pestering here if I did have to resend an email. She provided me with a timeline for the day of the wedding and stuck to the timeline. Everyone in my bridal party absolutely loved talking to Caitlin and getting their hair done by her. We had the pleasure of having Michelle doing the makeup and again all the girls loved Michelle and her work. Everyone was so impressed that their hair and makeup lasted from 9 am to 11 pm!! Caitlin and Michelle made getting ready fun and relaxing. I just want to say thank you so much Caitlin for making me feel like a bride and helping me feel my most beautiful self the day of my wedding.
