Hey! I'm Caitlin your friendly neighborhood wedding photographer. I love meeting creative Austin couples who are planning their wedding with intention and honesty. You’re probably my type of couple if you love true-to-life colors, mid-century design, disco balls, or are thinking of inviting your pup to be the ring bearer.
When you look at your wedding gallery your photos will be warm and colorful and will reflect the happiest day of your life. There will be photos of little in-between moments that you forgot or missed, a section of beautiful portraits of you and your love but also with your family. You and I both know that the best memories are made when you trust your heart and don't sweat the little things.
There are a lot of photographers out there who take good-enough photos. But if it's only going to happen once why risk it? You should choose a wedding photographer whose photos you absolutely adore and whose personality is also a good fit. tos. Neither my husband nor I love posing for pictures, and we were very clear that we wanted to spend as much time as possible actually enjoying our party and being with our guests. Caitlin completely heard us on that and was incredible about capturing beautiful, candid, in-the-moment shots that truly reflect the energy and joy of the day.
At the same time, she gently (and sometimes firmly, in the best way 😄) pushed us to step away for a few posed photos and we are SO grateful she did. Even when we were being difficult subjects, she kept things light, efficient, and fun, and the result is a set of timeless, classic photos that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.
She also went above and beyond with her time commitments, both in the lead-up and during our events, and handled our very large families and friend groups like a total pro. Herding cats is an understatement, and she somehow managed to command the room, keep things moving, and still make everyone feel comfortable and at ease.
The final gallery is the perfect balance of elegant, timeless shots and photos full of personality and life. We absolutely love our photos and feel so lucky to have worked with Caitlin. xed, which really helped us feel comfortable. I don't have too much experience being in front of the camera, but she guided us so naturally and made the whole process fun. I was worried about looking stiff but her suggestions for poses were spot on, and everything felt and looked so natural and effortless.

oom call with Caitlin. I could tell we vibed, I liked her work, I liked her work at my venue - so I sealed the deal.
I was able to book 8hrs plus a few more to do getting ready photos. With that we had an incredible engagement shoot around Austin. She helped us know what to do, had great cues, and we just had fun generally! Everything turned out so great! Caitlin was also able to do bridal portraits at my venue which surpassed my dreams and expectations.

Our wedding photos are amazing, I couldn't have asked for a better collection!! The pictures truly capture all the joy of the day and I get the warm fuzzies every time I look at the gallery. I lived in New York at the time and weren't able to meet her in person until 2 days before the wedding, but she made "meeting" her remotely - via FaceTime - easy, and I felt completely comfortable booking her from afar after our initial conversation. On the day of the wedding, Caitlin made the process of taking portraits - not something my husband and I had ever done before - comfortable and fun, and despite our awkwardness and constant laughing got a lot of beautiful shots. During the ceremony and reception, I never even noticed her, she worked her magic so unobtrusively. The photos themselves from the ceremony and reception were beautiful and exactly the style I wanted. We got a sneak preview ~2 weeks after our wedding when we were still on our honeymoon, and a full gallery about a month after that. (Oh - and on the day of our wedding when I was panicking because the person who was supposed to bring my flowers down from Austin bailed, Caitlin went WAY above and beyond by meeting up with my florist and bringing my bouquet and flower crown to San Antonio with her when she drove down from Austin!)

nt to be a typical bride. So when we were looking for a wedding photographer, we wanted to find someone who could visually tell a story, capture our party vibe AND the love, and keep everyone calm on a stressful day.
Caitlin more than delivered. From day one, she worked to understand what mattered to us as a couple, down to the last Jurassic Park-themed detail. She was extremely responsive to questions, willing to offer suggestions and insights from her experience as a wedding photographer. She even helped me pick out the perfect venue for bridal photos when I said, “I dunno, what gives off a haunted vibe?” On the day, she managed to have fun with us and roll with the punches while still operating as a complete professional.
Caitlin returned samples and the final set of photos quickly—and they were absolutely beautiful. Even though I have seen them many times at this point, the photos still put a big smile on my face and remind me of a truly fabulous day. In every frame, you can tell she takes a lot of pride in her work and in telling the perfect story of the day.
