e very beginning, communication was a nightmare. Every time I called with a simple question or issue, I got Jo Lynn - who I assume is the owner or manager - and she was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Her go-to line? "I'm out of time, call back in a week." A WEEK? What kind of business tells paying customers to call back in a week? Then came the actual bus. The driver shows up with what can only be described as a mobile sauna. The AC in the back clearly wasn't on, and everyone was drenched in sweat before we even made it to our destination. When I brought it up afterward, Jo Lynn tried to BLAME US for the AC issue -- claiming we messed with it. But it gets worse. She also accused us of "pulling up a seat that was screwed in" -- which is a totally random and false accusation. Just another excuse to keep my deposit, which she refused to return. On top of that, we were overcharged. This whole experience felt like a scam. Unreliable service, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. If you like being blamed for things that aren't your fault and losing money, this is the company for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and RUN in the other direction.
