d beautiful wedding cake. I contacted her and told her what I was looking for and she told me right away that she'd never done anything like it, but wanted to test it out. She used her book club as guinea pigs for the first recipe I think, and the second one I got to try. I am so appreciative of her willingness to try something different and that she took the time to make sure she got it right before we confirmed anything! I asked her to make us a banana cake with fresh banana filling and a honey buttercream frosting - oh and it was a NAKED CAKE! Enez did a fantastic job, it was not only beautiful and unique and just what I was hoping for, but it also tasted amazing! My florist brought along some extra flowers that Enez used on the cake once she arrived at the venue. The cake was super moist and you could tell it was very fresh, the banana slices in the filling hadn't even started to brown. The honey buttercream frosting was light and subtle, but flavorful and it held the layers together beautifully. Thank you so much Enez!

all tasted incredible. We had multiple flavor combinations for the wedding cake (each layer was a different cake and filling combination) as well additional sheet cakes. She was very easy to work with and was willing to design the cakes however we asked. We had two receptions and she provided the cakes for both of them. Her prices are very reasonable and she helped us figure out what sizes and types of cake to order to make sure everyone got some and we didn't spend a fortune. It all turned out beautifully and the guests all really liked the cake. We'd use her again in an instant! Thanks Enez!
