provided. We had a flat tire on the way to Salisbury from NY and had to stop by a tire shop which delayed our ability to pick up the cake in time. By the time we got to Salisbury, the Cake Art shop had closed and the employees were out doing deliveries for other weddings and events. Susan, the shop's owner or manager, was amazing and she arranged for one of her employees to open the shop for us upon our arrival so that we can have our cake in time for our wedding the next day. We were very pleased with this vendor and highly recommend them for their skills and professional conduct and reliability.

We showed a picture of our inspiration and they quickly drew up a sketch for us. Unfortunately, we had to replan our wedding in another state due to coronavirus and could no longer use Cake Art for our cake. We just kept saying we were most disappointed that we would miss out on this amazing cake! Cake Art was very understanding with our situation and handled the pandemic with elegance. 10/10 would recommend!

I guess lots of brides care a lot about this - I was going to leave it to the vendor for recommendations. Ultimately I am very pleased with the cake itself, but it did dampen my spirits a little to have such a negative response. I would think the vendor would be excited to give recommendations (like our florist was, for example). But, the cake was gorgeous, on time, and delicious - that's what matters most!
