bakery I realized the owner Ligia does not care about her business or about happy customers. I ordered a cake from her last week, in my text messages I was VERY specific about how I wanted the cake look I also provided her with pictures. The cake I was provided did not look like the pictures I provided or the specific directions I texted the bakery. Ligia was extremely unprofessional and rude she did not apologize instead made it seem as if it was my issue and rudely walked away. The colors did not match the pictures I sent , the pearls and glitter I requested were not on the cake ... did I mention the pictures I sent them included these compliments ? And then on my way to the car the frosting starting to fall off the cake , I did not go back in the bakery because I knew she was not going to be helpful by the way she treated me when I was picking up the cake and I was already frustrated as it was and I needed to get to the event. In the car I carried the cake the whole ride , the cake did NOT move and by the time I got to the event the whole back of the cakes frosting had fell off . Last year for my sons birthday she misspelled his name and the year before that the decoration on cupcakes I ordered was off and she gave me the wrong cake flavor. Oh and last thing! She uses BOX CAKE ! Just ask any of her employees and they’ll tell you .... and on top of her terrible customer service skills she treats the employees awful and pays them the minimum wage while she overcharges for box cakes that fall apart. And as a last FYI if you put a deposit on a cake and the event gets Canceled due to COVID -19, she will NOT refund your deposit back nor give you a credit. Yes Ligia if your reading this you Deserve this awful review because characters such as your self deserve to be exposed.

We had a topsy turvy cake with each layer unique and different - the mad hatter's hat, a cheshire cat tier, and a tea party tier on top with a large teacup and a bride and groom inside of it. We had vanilla cake with chocolate fudge filling and chocolate cake with fresh strawberry filling. I'm pretty sure our cake was photographed more than we were! It came out so good! Everyone complimented me on it! For our cookie favors, I wanted cookies that said "eat me" a la Alice in Wonderland. Again, a bit hit! Everyone took their cookies home and each one was a little different while using my color scheme of teal, pink, and purple. I had given them an inspiration photo, and Ligia called me a few days before the wedding to make sure what she wanted to do was ok with me. Everything we received from them, and for the price we paid, was extremely worth it. VERY affordable and so delicious!!!
