Cake Designers was by far the one of the highlights of my wedding planning experience! Dealing with Patty was so enjoyable for my husband and I, she is truly passionate and very detailed to make your cake fit your personality! She was amazing at walking us threw every detail to create our dream cake!

Patty is phenomenal!! We couldn't have asked for a better experience or better tasting cake. We met Patty at a bridal expo and once we tried her cake we knew she was the one. My husband LOATHES cake and we weren't even sure we wanted to get one because of that. But once he had a tasting with Patty he couldn't stop talking about it. We got the lemon cake with raspberry filling and on our wedding day my husband actually ate a whole piece! All of our guests also raved about it and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Patty is the absolute best person to work with!

Party is an absolutely wonderful person and somehow an even better baker! She also has a little team of past brides that help her out - the ones I met were so sweet. We had a three tier cake with a different flavor in cake and filling for the center tier than the bottom and top. And there were sooo many options to choose from! I know Patty’s thing is bling and she does it awesomely - but if bling isn’t your thing , don’t worry! She’s got you too! We had our cake just dusted in glitter for our boho wedding. We had little figurines of our cats and our feisty dog (who was positioned to look like he just took a bite of cake hehe). It sat on a pretty tree stump cake base that Patty loaned us and we had greenery around the bottom. Anyway - hire Cake Designers! You’ll love the team and your cake!

I have a lot I can write. My cake tasting was booked last minute- while Patty's husband was in the hospital awaiting heart surgery in April. That didn't stop him from taking time to book our tasting before my mom drove back to PA. The attention to detail during the tasting was amazing. Patty will never forget us as my daughter peed through her diaper LOL and left a puddle on me and the floor!! Fast forward to just 3wks before my wedding I found out Terry was not doing well with Covid Pneumonia and likely needed a miracle. My family and I prayed for a recovery. I then days later realized this could mean no wedding cake for my big day... not sure why I thought that after all this is Patty and Cake Designers and she is nothing short of AMAZING... her baking is her passion and she pours her heart and soul into what she does. My cake was delicious and amazing my guests loved it there wasn't a crumb left! It was beautiful and just as perfect as can be! Her caring heart and warm presence is just so touching when you work with her. I stopped by her home the day after the wedding and had a long conversation with her- that is just the type of person she is! You might find it hard to pick cake fillings because they are alllllll so delicious and you also might find it hard to pull yourself from a warm heartfelt conversation with Patty! I would recommend Cake Designers to everyone! From the time we first met her we knew she would be DESIGNING our cake!!!

Patty and Cake Designers may be all about the bling with their cakes, but she executed the more simple design that we wanted PERFECTLY. We sampled the Raspberry Irish Cream cake a wedding expo and it was game over from there; hands down the MOST delicious cake I have ever eaten in my life! Patty herself is such a sweet lady and was always very prompt and professional with communication. I can’t wait until our one year anniversary so I can dive into that cake again!

I could not recommend Patty more! She was amazing to work with for our wedding cake and it turned out even better than I expected. From the moment I met Patty, I knew she was not just another cake baker. She is an experienced, caring person who made my daughters wedding cake vision a reality. The cake turned out exactly how my daughter envisioned and was just as moist as the samples we had at our cake tasting appointment. Patty even made sure the cake was set up in the right location on the cake table with the perfect background so the bride and groom would have the best possible pictures! If I could have given a negative I would! Worst customer service ever!! Our first meet she was over and hour late, however I still booked her, because she seemed decent and I was on a time crunch. Unfortunately, I had to change my wedding date due to surgery (unplanned), all my vendors either worked with me, or refunded my money with proof of health issues/surgery. Patty didn't really care about me or my situation! She stated no refunds. So as per her contract We planned to use the balance for another cake. So to not lose my $378 deposit we rebooked another consult. I confirmed this appointment 3times, because I am temporarily living out of state. I had an appointment with her at 1pm and I texted her at 11:15am before our meet time for her address, she was all the way in Daytona taking care of her business (funeral) I still wasn't upset. She texted me back “At a funeral in Daytona” never got an apology or anything. I wished her my condolences and agreed to her 5ish rebooking time. Even though I confirmed this appointment 3times and flew in all the way from Massachusetts to meet her. At 7:53 PM I get a TEXT stating she has a cold and won't be able to meet until June. No apology nothing , just a cold attitude. I just pray and hope that Patty doesn’t treat other brides this way. Weddings are expensive and things happen, if every other vendor can be understanding of certain situations than why can’t she. Would never recommend her to anybody I know.

The cake for my daughter's sweet 16 was fabulous. Patty listened to what we wanted and I couldn't have been more pleased.

Patty was ABSOLUTELY incredible! I had another tasting to do that day we met, and didn’t even go to it! I was immediately sold. I noticed a particular design and couldn’t stop looking at it from the moment I walked in the door. She had just finished it, and nobody had seen it yet, so we were the first to have that design, and we were not disappointed! She and her husband are so friendly and professional, easy to talk to, and she has a wide variety of flavors and fillings to choose. One tip to make your life and hers easier: if you’re going to have any decorations sent to her, in the “To” line, put her name, ATTN: Your Name, and the date of your wedding. For example: Patty ATTN: Sara 2/23. She truly appreciated that I did something so simple to help. She’s very responsive and answers within minutes usually. Thank you, Patty and Teri! Patty was referred to us through our caterer and we were so happy to work with her. We were so impressed with how decorative, well supported structurally, and ornately detailed the cake design was just from an initial conversation we had and going over a few photos for ideas. It truly became the best custom wedding cake ever!! Patty can help create any type of cake design you are looking for!!! We had many compliments from how beautiful to how great it tasted, as we decided to go with the red velvet option. We highly recommend Cake Designers for your wedding cake or any special occasion!!!

Patty executed the vision for our cake perfectly! Our cake was absolutely gorgeous! I received so many compliments from our guests on not only the look but the taste. We chose her famous Amaretto cake with pineapple filling. It was phenomenal. Patty added our cake topper & fresh flowers from the florist for an elegant finishing touch. Not a frosted detail was out of place. We almost felt bad for cutting into such a beautiful cake. For the tasting, make sure you bring an empty stomach. She has a ton of options and combinations to choose from.

Patty and Terry went above and beyond for our wedding. Patty came highly recommended and has a lot of experience in the cake industry. This married duo listened to every detail that we wanted which was difficult as we planned a destination wedding and communicated mostly through email. Patty was quick to respond to each email. For me (Bride), I wasn't excited about the cake planning process. I left much of the decision making to my fiance and mom. I almost skipped the cake tasting-which I'm so glad I didn't. I would've really missed out. I am gf and didn't think they'd have any options for me. Upon arriving at the house to meet Patty for the cake tasting, she informed us that Terry had not only baked regular cake but also a gluten free choice. After trying the option our group agreed on the gluten free cake because no one could taste the difference and it tasted great. They did a great job! This was such a great surprise! Patty delivered the cake to our venue and when we arrived it was PERFECT. It was a huge decor piece at the reception. Guests had no idea the cake was gf and we received so many compliments. The cake tasted and looked perfect. It was a huge hit and we are so happy with our decision to go with Cake Designers and can't thank them enough for all of their work.

Look no further. Trust me. Many cake makers make beautiful cakes but Patty makes delicious cakes that are beautiful as well. She has many options for flavors and fillings. And, she lets you rent the stand for a refundable deposit (which is hard to find at other cake bakers). 100% go with her. All my guests loved the taste of the cake as well as it looked perfect and exactly how I wanted it. I hope she keeps her quality work for a decent price (wedding cakes are crazy expensive as it is). She is very nice and friendly as well. She will help you design your dream cake.

I found Patty from Cake Designers at a Bridal expo and from the moment I tasted a sample cake of hers, the Amaretto< i was hooked. I knew that would be the cake for my wedding. During the tasting, there were so many options to choose from and Patty was flexible and easy going with design concepts for my wedding cake. The day of the wedding, there was a small mishap with the flowers for my cake (they never arrived from the florist) but Patty was able to still make it work with the flowers available from alter arrangements and it still came out amazing! My husband and I decided to go with an Amaretto cake with raspberry filly and it was a hit; my guests loved the cake!

Patty’s cake for my daughters wedding last Friday was amazing. Not only was the cake absolutely beautiful but also tasted amazing. Oh my goodness!! The first time I tasted one of Patty's cakes was at one of the wedding shows in Orlando and what can I say, we immediately fell in love. We actually went back for seconds (and maybe thirds!) After long searching we finally found Cake Designers and quickly set up a tasting. How can you not fall in love!? Their cake is just right, perfectly moist without being too wet! INCREDIBLE taste and delicious filling choices! Not only is their cake just the right amount of sweet but Patty is just a doll! It was hard not to spend hours with her just talking about everything! Just is just so sweet and truly has a passion for cake decorating! Our cake was so beautiful it caught everyone's attention! First, the taste was amazing, good variety, not super sweet -that is something that I was looking for-. The design was elegant and according to what I wanted. Also, since the first moment that I contacted Patty she gave me all the instructions, advises and things that I needed to know about my cake and since that time I knew that she was an expert. and that gave me confidence, One less thing to be worried about!
