It’s no secret why she’s so highly rated. I gave her inspiration photos for what I wanted and she definitely impressed me. We opted for a multi-tier cake with two flavors: carrot cake filled with cheesecake mousse and white chocolate raspberry vanilla cake filled with a white chocolate mousse and raspberry preserves. Both flavors were a hit, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about it. It was rich and moist, and the frosting was smooth and not overly sweet (just the way we like it). They also handled the delivery and setup seamlessly, making sure everything was perfect before the ceremony. It was one less thing for me to worry about on our big day. It has been almost a year and I still have guests tell me how delicious my cake was! I will now ask for a cake by Natalie every year for my birthday. e time we had for planning to only do it while we were in town and Natalie was so flexible with us picking up a cake tasting box the week of Christmas. We got to taste the options with our family and honestly had such a hard time picking which one! They all tasted amazing. My (now) husband and I were so torn but we ended up picking the peaches and cream to give a taste of Georgia to out of towners. The cake was a huge hit! I can’t even tell you how many people told me they don’t usually like the cake at weddings and think they are dry but ours was the best they ever had! Also, I can’t forget that Natalie made a funfetti grooms cake because that is my husbands favorite flavor even though that isn’t an option. This was also a big hit! One of the best parts of it all was knowing we didn’t have to save the top tier of our cake for our anniversary and that we would get a top tier from Natalie when the time would come. Truly a delight to work with and trust me, everyone will LOVE the cake!

d turned it into a fun bracket by cutting all the pieces into smaller pieces, each night we did a couple legs of the bracket and by the 3rd night we had our top two to choose from. In the end, we ordered the Lemon Blackberry (peaches and cream was a close second)! We also had a small cannoli cake made for my bridal shower, which was so good! She matched my inspiration images perfectly! She was able to take the images and turn them into reality using my wedding colors. Very communicative and easy to work with!
