ing in full that day. I will say that it was nice that they offer a discount for paying in full. However, it took two weeks of unanswered calls to finally receive a copy of the contract. Then in April, I placed an order for a kitchen cake to add to our wedding cake order. A few weeks before picking up our cake, I confirmed our pick-up date and time. So when we showed up to pick up our wedding cake (we drove from Columbus for this), we were floored that it wasn't ready-- it hadn't even been baked. Our saving grace was that we wanted to pick it up on Friday for our wedding on Saturday. We understand that mistakes happen, but they did not offer to do anything to fix their mistake (like deliver it to Columbus)-- all they said was "sorry." It was on us to drive all the back from Columbus the next morning because of their mistake. So Saturday morning, we went back to pick up our cakes, but they only had the wedding cake and not the kitchen cake. The kitchen cake was for an additional 50 servings, and they didn't have it marked on our order even though we had been charged for it. The frosting had crumbs and there were holes in the icing-- I don't even care to see pictures of my wedding cake. I ultimately received a full refund, after asking for it and waiting two weeks for them to confirm pick-up. And when we went to pick up the refund, there were no apologies-- just handed us the money and then we walked out. I would never, ever recommend them to be responsible for a cake for any important event. The fact that they messed up the pick up date for a wedding cake and forgot the additional kitchen cake and didn't try to do anything to make the situation better, to me, it says a lot about the lack of service and customer value of this bakery. Had our wedding been on Friday, we would have been screwed. Throughout the entire process, communication was terrible as it consisted of numerous calls to busy signals and multiple follow-up emails to finally receive a response. I still have money on a gift card to this bakery, but I will never step foot in there ever again.

lls and an antler on top (for a hunting theme). We received a BRIGHT ORANGE cake with a hunter cutout in dark black on it, with an antler that looked like a stick. It was nothing we had talked about. Our cut cake was a piped paisley pattern with some sparkle and I was very happy with that cake. So 1/2 was great.

d great! They decorated the cake exactly how we wanted, and unlike other bakeries did not up-charge every little thing. Working with them was stress-free and simple. A bonus for any military families-there is a military discount! And for other penny pinchers there is a discount for paying in full when you book. Couldn't have been happier with our choice to us Cake, Hope, Love!

ended up ordering a 2-tier display cake--vanilla with lemon filling--and 2 large chocolate sheet cakes for the guests. Everything was delicious! And, because Cake, Hope & Love provides a freshly made top-tier for the one-year anniversary, we were able to enjoy the lemon cake for a few days after the wedding!

uly LOVES her job. Our consultation was very laid back and informal, she was SO easy to talk to, and was helpful with all suggestions and recommendations! I was planning my wedding from Columbus, so a lot of our communication was through phone and e-mail, and the staff was always so nice and helpful! I was a little difficult in asking for a cupcake tower for my wedding instead of a traditional wedding cake, and Shannon and her team did not disappoint! Two of Shannon's employees delivered the cupcakes directly to my venue, and they even set them up for me on the cake stand before they left! My guests were RAVING about the cupcakes a year after our wedding!! They are nice, affordable, and so accommodating to all of their clients! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

our cake would come from Cake Hope and Love. The staff was wonderful and we felt as though we were family rather than simply customers when walking into their shop. Shannon was more than helpful through every request and change and our cake was exactly what we had envisioned down to every little detail. Without asking, Cake Hope and Love even offered to deliver our cake the 120 miles to our venue where it was set up perfectly when we arrived to the reception hall. We ordered chocolate and vanilla and the taste was perfect! 2 years later we are still hearing from friends and family about how flawless our cake was. There is no one else I would order from!

positive every time I called to change something or change it back to what I originally had planned. As a team, they did everything in their power to make sure the cake and cupcakes would meet every expectation and dream I had in my head. My cake was not only breathtaking but absolutely delicious. Many of our guest were asking who did the cupcakes! Needless to say they were a hit, we did not have a single one left at the end of the night! I would HIGHLY recommend this bakery to anyone! We will be using Cake, Hope & Love for all our cake and cupcakes needs in the future!

We had a variety of flavors including strawberry lemon unicorn poop, Bailey's mocha, and a more traditional almond with raspberry filling. Even weeks after the wedding, I'm still getting compliments on how tasty and unique our cakes were! The Big tiered cake had an intricate golden key hole design and the groom's cake was done in a watercolor style with fondant figures to reflect our fun geeky-styled tastes. Everything was amazing and I would Highly recommend Cake, Hope, & Love to anyone getting married!!

In 2016, I had a 3 tier cake, 2 kitchen cakes, and delivery and still paid less than $3 per serving. My cake was very simple, but of course, prices will range based on level of detail, filling options, number of tiers, fondant, etc. They also do cupcake orders if you prefer cupcakes. Third, I was pleased they showed up on time and did exactly what we agreed on. No issues or surprises here. Fourth, if you take a photo of your cake, Cake Hope & Love will recreate your top tier of cake on your first wedding anniversary at no extra charge. That means you don't need to keep a cake in your freezer for a year! Overall, I was incredibly happy with their cake and service. I would recommend them to another bride.
