About this vendor
Cake Llama creates stunning dessert and cakes for couples celebrating their once-in-a-lifetime special day. Inventors of the edible mosaics and custom cake pop walls!
We are most known for our dessert bars and cake you take a second serving of!
We have been creating wedding cakes and dessert bars for 10 years. From fabulous brides to Grammy Award winning artists, clients like Harry Styles, Queen, The Eagles, Nickelback, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Cody Johnson Ed Sheeran, Snoop Dogg, Willie Nelson, Guns N Roses, P!nk (the list goes on), we do it all for everyone.
Our pricing is one flat rate!! Meaning, you can have any design and any flavor combo for just one price. Most bakeries "start and X" and price only increases from there. At Cake Llama, we simply don't have time to haggle on naked cakes costing less that decorated cakes. Chocolate shouldn't be more expensive than vanilla.
We do not charge extra for Gluten Free OR Vegan, again... why bother doing that to you?
Along with making custom stunning creations, we are also known for having a strong foundation of support FOR our community. We regularly provide free meal kits to those in need and provide second-chance employment to those who are exiting recovery or transitioning out of incarceration. When you support Cake Llama, you support your community.
We believe in a wedding cake and/or dessert bar being as customized as every other detail in the wedding. I mean, who has ever wanted a cookie-cutter wedding? We offer to pinpoint attention to detail and gladly welcome any Pinterest request. All for prices that can be much easier afforded. Our promise to each of our clients is that they will get the luxury experience of a personal Pastry Chef without breaking the bank. Our pricing is very flexible. I wanted simple, which it was. One request was maybe our initials like people carve into a tree and that wasn’t done. We also got donuts which unfortunately I only got one bite of the churro! Everyone raved about the desserts! All in all great choice!

not charge extra for vegan or gluten free versions of their cakes and cupcakes! This was a huge deal for us and we cannot thank Alyssa enough for making our cake and cupcakes. We were planning in the middle of COVID and Alyssa sent us tastings through the mail free of charge! Everything was so delicious! My only regret is not eating more of it on the wedding night!
We will definitely be getting more of Cake Llama desserts in the future and recommending them to everyone we know!

ake you feel like you are the most special person in the world. And the food!!! WOW! We had a cake, a grooms cake (which I asked for a cinnamon roll cake instead) and a dessert table. When I tell you that every single thing tasted amazing I mean it! Additionally, I asked her if she could make our desserts Halloween themed and she NAILED it! Seriously she is the only cake or dessert person I will ever use or recommend. 12/10 on the scale. Oh and did I mention you won't find someone that beats her pricing for her services? She is THE best out there!

id we were with our budget and she proposed so many different options for us in order to get everything we wanted! We were able to get a cake and full dessert bar that I was able to completely customize with NO LIMITATIONS!! I was completely blown away with what her and her team were able to do with presentations and flavors. We had a full dessert bar, and when I tell you there was not a SINGLE CRUMB of it left behind... everything was so delicious I had multiple guests coming back for 2nd and 3rd servings of cake and all of them telling me how good it was! I will definitely continue to use Cake Llama for all other dessert needs in the future!

The cake was beautiful and delicious.!! Alyssa was an amazing person to work with, super kind and friendly. 100/100 taste - 100/100 quality and design.!! Highly recommend.!!
Everything from start to finish went amazing! All the cookies, cupcakes, lemon bars, cake pops, and macaroons were a hit!

as very patient with us working through our travel.
Only giving 4 stars due to miscommunication on my expectations of the final product. The cupcakes were missing the frosting and flowers on the top. This made it REALLY stressful for us to figure out what to do with them one day before the wedding. Fortunately, I’m a bit crafty so I was able to add some fresh flowers, but they were definitely missing the frosting on the top.
They were inexpensive, for the quality but I feel like it could’ve been communicated that they were going to be missing the tops
😭

mething from her my guests just rave over her. Her cake is incredible to see and taste, and she can work with your budget to give you the dessert bar of your dreams! She does gluten free, vegan, etc that not only aren't an extra cost but also taste amazing!
For my wedding we had a 3 tier cake, cupcakes, creme brules, cake pops, cookies, and mousse shots with varying dietary restrictions. She helped me remember what I ordered by signing little cards for us with the flavors. The table was hit HARD and people were raving about all of the different things they tried!
