a hoot while remaining professional. I have very bad social anxiety but you have no choice but to adore this man!
We couldn't choose between two flavors and told him to just pick for us, what does Dan do? Both!
Everyone devoured our wedding cake to the point we had to hide the top tier from the guests. We would recommend Dan for ANYTHING cake needed. Its like little slices of heaven!!
Amazing service and products! He delivered the vision of cake and macaroons! So easy to work with!! Quality was above and beyond!!

ling and fresh strawberries and blueberries. It not only tasted amazing, it was absolutely stunning. He was a pleasure to work with from the day I mt him at our cake tasting, to the rescheduling of our wedding due to covid, to the wedding day. Thank you, Dan, for being such a pleasure to work with and making our day extra special with a stunner of a cake!!
Our cake was not only delicious but also beautiful. Dan made our experience wonderful from the very beginning! I will go to him for all my cake needs!

Both cakes were made exactly to our specifications. They were equally beautiful and delicious. We received so many compliments!

ood as it looked. Instead of using fondant like TLC the Cake Boss that sometimes doesn't taste good, Dan used real icing and smoothed it out and made it look even more polished. All of my guest thought that the wedding cake was best they ever had! Dan "the Cakeman" really outdid himself! I'm looking forward to eating the top of my cake for out first anniversary!
Pam did the catering and Dan did the cake. Both were fantastic and did am amazing job on the presentation and quality of food and cake. Fantastic.

Delish! Did a special filling for me and they looked amazing!
I don't think a short review can express just how happy I was with our wedding cake and groom's cake. Dan made the cakes for my mother's wedding and stepsister's wedding (which wer...
e wonderful) so there was really no question who I would choose to make my own wedding cake. My mother and I went to his shop for a tasting and Dan's enthusiasm (and delicious cake) won us over. I truly felt that he was as excited about my wedding as I was, and that is really the type of person you want working on your wedding.
We took home two big cakes and four types of fillings to try - it was enough for the entire family to have a piece of each, so our wedding cake flavors ended up being chosen by popular vote!
The cakes the day of the wedding were perfect. The wedding cake was 3 tiers with perfectly smooth ivory buttercream frosting. The surprise groom's cake was chocolate and shaped like a crab (as a nod to my husband's upbringing in Maryland) and was a huge hit.

mmended by locals in the Chattanooga area, and I'm glad that I did! My only complaint is that he stays so busy, it can be difficult to track the man down. Sometimes it's easier to just call him or show up - don't bother with emails!
