Anna was truly a joy to work with and her cakes are PHENOMENAL. When I say she bakes the most incredible tasting cakes, I truly mean it. Every single flavor was delicious. Her flavors are unique, yet classic, and so beautiful. ❤

Anna's cake was delicious and beautiful. We sampled it by mail, and we knew that if it was delicious through the mail, it would be even better on wedding day. And it did not disappoint. Several of our guests said it was the best wedding cake they've ever tasted!

Where do I begin! Firstly, the cakes are AMAZING. By nature, I do not like sweets but the wedding cake is a major highlight for weddings so we wanted to make sure we had a cake that was not only beautiful but tasty. Anna delivered on both. The cake flavors (we had two given the size of our cake) was devoured by all! We had many people ask us for more!!! If that isn’t enough, Anna herself was a treat. She was not only easy to reach given how busy she is but also accommodating, kind, and helpful. We had some initial difficulties getting our sample cakes and she graciously assisted and ensured that I received it though she was on sight for an event. I can go on and on about Anna but she and her cakes are impeccable. You will not be disappointed by picking Anna.

Cakes by Anna was so easy to work with. Anna was so sweet and professional over the phone and via email. I never got the opportunity to meet her directly, but I still trusted her to make our wedding cake perfect. We were able to try about 10 or so different flavored cake options that we got in a little box. Don't worry, it might not look like a lot at first, but it did end up being a lot of cake haha. All the flavors were so delicious, it was hard to decide on what to choose. So we decided to pick two flavors, the tuxedo, and Lemon/blueberry. Our cake was the lemon with blueberry filling and the cupcakes were both the lemon and tuxedo. Anna went above and beyond and the cake and cupcakes turned out so beautiful. She listened to my ideas and requests and what we got was stunning and yummy. I highly recommend going to Anna for your wedding/party/event cakes!!

Anna was such a gem to work with! She was laid back and quick to respond to any inquiries. Our cake tasting was a cute touch as well. Anna baked us a beautiful wedding cake that everyone raved about.

I reached out to Cakes by Anna after reading reviews and seeing the Diamond Awards Winner mentioned on her website. Anna is the epitome of professionalism, she is attentive, and kind. After corresponding with Anna, I placed the order for my daughter, Dionna's wedding 9/17/2022. Dionna and I then met with Anna to pick up the wedding cake tasting box. The box Anna prepared is so special, there were nice size portions of five different cake flavors separately wrapped, with a card stating the flavors. We so enjoyed trying each one, all flavors were absolutely delicious and moist. Dionna and I are sensitive with dairy and most baked goods, but we did not experience any discomfort. Dionna and her fiance' chose the Hummingbird and Strawberry flavors. Anna did a fantastic job decorating the cake and delivering it to the venue. The guest enjoyed the wedding cake and mentioned how amazing it tasted, guests also took slices home. I am extremely pleased we chose Anna, her passion and gift are visible and tastes delightful. You'll receive A+ service from this business. My family and I are looking forward to picking up our holiday cakes made especially by ~Cakes by Anna.

We hired Anna to make our wedding cake and it was simply amazing. We were a bit unconventional with have a small cake and doing cupcakes as well. She supported our needs and the finish product was so great. Everyone was raving about the flavors and how great the cakes tasted. Anna was extremely responsive, easy to work with and let us doing a wonderful tasting. She truly made selecting someone to do your wedding cake SO easy and seamless. We are calling on her to do our anniversary cake and any other we may need in the future.

I found Anna through Instagram because I was in awe of her cake creations. However, what sold us on Cakes by Anna was our cake tasting! Not only do her cakes look amazing, but they taste even better! For our wedding we got a bride’s cake (white velvet with raspberry filling) and a groom’s cake (cookies & cream). The buttercreams she uses are also delicious! Anna was able to create custom cakes that matched our wedding themes: the bride’s cake was a semi-naked cake that matched the modern and industrial flare of the venue and the groom’s cake was a custom football to match the football theme of our wedding! Anna was also very personable and super responsive. I would highly recommend Cakes by Anna Design for your cake needs.

We found Anna at a vendor event at out venue. She was incredibly professional and her cakes are beautiful! We choose her almond cake with raspberry filling and it was SO GOOD! My original wedding date was April 2020. I had to post pone for two years! And two years later Anna was just as amazing as the day we met! Her cake was both beautiful AND delicious! We got engaged right around the time shelter in place was happening. The good news was that I had a ton of time to plan a wedding, but we couldn't meet with any of our vendors! We were never able to do a cake tasting, but the reviews spoke for themselves, and are ultimately why we chose Cakes by Anna. Anna made us a small, two tier cake and cupcakes for our wedding. We kept it simple with chocolate, vanilla, and spice cupcakes with buttercream frosting, and vanilla and pumpkin as the two tiers of our cake.. OH MY GOODNESS. The cake couldn't have been any more fresh or moist. We thought we would have leftovers at the end of the night but we didn't! They were all gone and we had twice as many cupcakes as we did guests.. We chose to eat the top layer of our cake on our honeymoon because we just couldn't waste such a deliciously fresh cake! We will be ordering a cake to commemorate our first anniversary, instead of going the freezer route, and we can't wait!! Anna is seriously the best!

If you are looking for a wedding cake vendor, STOP HERE and pick Anna! Due to COVID, we did our cake tasting via cake boxes, which was so so innovative (and delicious). We immediately booked her, because she was so communicative, professional, and—the cake was tasty. Flash forward to our wedding—Anna went above and beyond to ensure that the cake was set up perfectly, and she also did a fantastic job on my husband’s surprise Steelers groom’s cake! Her cakes were so good, my mom literally grabbed one of the plates from the server as he was cleaning up bc she wanted more. There was hardly any cake left, and Anna offered to provide us a slice for our 1-year anniversary! Anna can handle your cake needs, and is incredibly talented in recreating images and crafting edible works of art. Thank you, Anna, for helping to make our wedding day amazing!

Cakes by Anna was amazing! Our cake was unique and beautiful, just like we wanted. My husband and I have different cake tastes, I love almond and he of course hates almond in general. I agreed to taste the "Champagne" flavor and OH MY LORD. If you are tasting, at least try it because it was an absolute hit. The best cake I've tasted and our guests all came back for more. Anna's rave reviews hold up! She made two cakes for our wedding (almond and chocolate with coffee buttercream). She was really easy to work with and always quick to respond. I was out of the state for most of the planning process so I did not get a chance to sample/taste test prior to the wedding; however, it was not needed. The cakes were both amazing - our guests could not stop talking about them. Highly recommend Cakes by Anna!

Anna was so kind and quick to respond and the cake was simple and beautiful and so delicious. Anna had a variety of flavors to choose from and we had a tough time picking because they were all so good. We ended up doing a vanilla with fudge filling and an almond cake with cheesecake and fresh strawberries filling. Anna was very flexible, we told her we wanted flowers and all we had to do was ask our florist for a bucket of flowers and Anna but them on herself. My aunt made us a custom cake topper and Anna made sure to help us get the correct things we needed to make sure the cake topper was secure on the cake. When we postponed and downsized our wedding, Anna was flexible for all the dates we presented to her and she was happy to take one tier off the cake to accommodate our new guest count. Highly recommend!

Anna's cake for our wedding was wonderful!! We got engaged at the beginning of the pandemic and Anna was so flexible and creative in being able to provide us to-go tastings and talked on the phone with us through each flavor. All the flavors were SO yummy and the cake we went with was perfect!

During our consultation, I told her what I wanted and later that night she sent me pictures of what her vision was and it improved our cake so much. We absolutely loved the cakes that Anna made for our wedding, they were just what we wanted! They tasted and looked incredible! She was even able to make the groom’s cake look like a stack of weights since my husband is really into fitness, and it was perfect!

Working with Anna to create our dream wedding cake was such a pleasure. My husband and I were planning our Atlanta wedding from across the country and greatly appreciated how communicative and accommodating Anna was. She met us in person at a coffee shop so we could try all of the flavors she offered, and she made recommendations about what would go best together. Anna can execute any cake design, but my favorite are her "naked" cakes. We did a four layer cake with alternating raspberry and strawberry flavors and it turned out beautifully! We got so many complements from our guests saying it was the best wedding cake they've ever had - we agree! Thank you Anna for such a wonderful experience.

Anna is amazing! She made our wedding cake and our groom’s cake and they turned out wonderful. At our cake tasting we had a hard time deciding on which flavors to get as they were all our favorites. My husband was completely surprised with his groom’s cake as we kept the theme a secret and was very excited when he saw it. All our guests were very pleased and let us know how great the cake was.

We were a little bit concerned about meeting at the local Starbucks for a tasting, but that was gone in minutes after meeting Anna. The most professional business owner and was very confident in her work. We had already done 2 tastings and had several questions and concerns and she was on point from the very beginning. Everything was as she said and the cake looked identical to the picture we wanted our cake to look like. Even though the day was crazy many of our guests kept saying that it was the best wedding cake they had ever had.Chose the caramel one layer and the chopped strawberry and cream options.Kuddos and this vendor is highly recommended.

Anna went above and beyond for our wedding cake. I love key lime pie and she created an amazing key lime pie cake . Not only did I love it, but our guests were also blown away. In addition to the amazing taste of the cake, Anna was a pleasure to work with. She listened to my requests for the look of the cake and made it happen. Overall, she was great and we were lucky to have her be apart of our wedding day!
