Chloe’s cakes are absolutely delicious and beautiful! We had a 4 tier cake with 4 different flavors for our wedding cake and only had about 1/3 of the bottom tier left by the end of the night! I would use her again in a heartbeat! She was professional and prompt with responses and always answered any questions we may have had! I would recommend her to anyone needing a wedding cake, specialty cake, etc.

Chloe did an incredible job with my wedding cake for my March 10, 2019 wedding at Rose Hill Plantation. We had a 3-tier cake to serve around 70 guests. Chloe communicated with me about her wide variety of flavors and fillings, and even sent a tasting sampler to enjoy at our catering tasting at Rose Hill. Because I planned my wedding from out-of-state, I could not schedule a separate tasting for the cake. Chloe was super accommodating and had no problem making the tasting sampler for us. My fiancé, mother and I were all blown away by the tasting and were super excited to work with Chloe for the wedding. We chose vanilla cake with raspberry cream cheese filling, and one tier of chocolate cake with raspberry filling as well. The flavors merged beautifully and tasted incredible. The cake was moist and decadent. The presentation was incredible! I loved how Chloe was able to work with my florist (Perfect Palette) to include fresh-cut flowers on the cake itself. She even was able to arrange my cake topper from Etsy to make an impressive aesthetic for the cake. I would 100% recommend Chloe to any friend planning a wedding. She was awesome!

Chloe is absolutely incredible to work with. She met us at our home for tasting and has brilliant ideas for our custom wedding cake. It came out so beautifully, it became a focus point at our venue. The look, design, taste - everything was perfect. You'd be insane to choose anyone other than Chloe for your wedding/event.

Chloe did a groom's cake for me that I surprised my fiance with at our rehearsal dinner. It came out perfectly - even better than I had envisioned. I gave Chloe a handful of ideas, and she really went above and beyond. We got SO many compliments from our guests at the rehearsal dinner! The cake was in the form of my (now) husband's favorite bottle of bourbon, and I can't tell you how many guests asked me if it was a real bottle of bourbon. And it was absolutely delicious. Chloe was so great to work with and she made the process incredibly easy! Would book her again if I ever need to!

Our wedding cake from Cakes by Chloe was amazing! It was unique, beautiful and delicious. Several guests even asked for our baker's information after the wedding. Chloe was easy to work with as well as generous with her time and the different flavors of cake she brought to our tasting. Chloe created a beautiful and delicious cake for my daughter's wedding. She was creative, professional, and very concerned with details. She even met me to get the Mr. and Mrs. Wuf cake topper, so she could be the one to put it on the cake. Cakes by Chloe should be your choice!

WOW. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chloe! We picked her based on a recommendation from a friend - and I'm sure glad we did! We met with her in the fall to discuss ideas for our wedding cake. I was also emailing with her separately to talk about the groom's cake. She always had specific ideas with details and pictures to support what she was suggesting as well as listened to all our ideas. She was so organized, and would send me a follow up email after meeting with everything we had discussed. We tried three little cakes initially, and then wanted to try another three flavors. She met me in Raleigh to hand off the cakes the second time, and wouldn't take my dollars for the cake! And believe me, this cake is DELICIOUS. Everyone at the wedding kept telling me how great the cake was, and one of my guests wanted Chloe's contact info so she could get her hands on some more of the chai cake! :) The groom's cake she made was perfect. My husband is a huge Liverpool fan, so she made a Liverpool jersey cake and also handmade our dogs into figurines she placed on top of it. It was adorable, and my husband was so surprised and happy! The wedding cake was beautiful as well. It was a three-tiered buttercream and she had a lace design on the bottom layer that matched the lace on my dress - INCREDIBLE! Seriously, if you are considering different bakers for your cake, do yourself a favor and choose Chloe. She was kind, professional, very attentive to detail, and does amazing work. Chloe Lee is a true pastry artist and genius pastry chef. She took my cake ideas for both cakes and turned them into amazing works of art! Ben used to be a DJ and still has his turntables set up in our living room and spins for us so I had the idea of surprising him for his groom’s cake with an exact replica of his turn tables and having a 3-D mini Deadmau5 head and Daft Punk helmet beside them. Ben was almost in tears when we saw the cake at the rehearsal dinner and every one was so shocked that it was an actual edible, delicious cake! His friends could not get over how real and identical it was to his turntables, down to the personalized stickers on them! Then, we were in complete awe and excitement when we saw our wedding cake at the reception for the first time. The glitter layers and pearl shimmer layers were the “icing on the cake” to our already perfect day!! She also made my dream of having sparklers on the cake a reality and every one was surprised and it made for some of the most beautiful pictures!! We LOVED the cake and will love the top layer again on our first anniversary. We cannot thank Chloe enough for the time and effort she out into our cakes. We can tell how much passion she has for her art, and we are so grateful to be among the lucky couples that get to have her designing their cakes. We will definitely spread the word that she is the lady to see!!

Chole came to our house with the cake samples. She is so nice. And the cake is so delicious. It was hard to choose a flavor, we ending up going with two. The cake turned out lovely, and everyone thought it was delicious.

Chloe did an amazing job not only making a designing our cake, but helping us choose the flavors we wanted. We had a lavender cake with lemon butter-cream and an almond cake with mocha butter-cream. Both of them screamed fall and were very light after eating a rather large dinner! From the moment we met Chloe at a wedding show until the day of the wedding, she was nothing but professional and a truly amazing baker! The cake was phenomenal! (The cake was for 165 people-5 tiers, so it was more expensive because of size)

Wonderful. Absolutely wonderful. Chloe was kind enough to drive to Raleigh to meet with us and bring us HUGE samples of her cakes, which we enjoyed munching on for days. She took a design we gave her and perfectly executed it, down to the tiniest of details. We enjoyed working with her, and enjoyed being involved in the creative process. She is worth every penny.

The one best word for Chloe is brilliant. She's a workaholic, but you get to reap the benefit. Her cakes are unique; very customized for your taste, style and wedding decor. We had a traditional multi-tier wedding cake, sporting the damask scroll in black and red ribbon edging used in our invitations. The tiers were alternating Chocolate ganache and Lavender- yes, lavendar. It's amazing, try it! The grooms cake was nothing short of spectacular. A two-tier round cake in true 40's pinup style. The bottom tier was white with red and blue stars. The top tier was a VERY realistic looking battleship grey, rivets and all. The topper, a 40's pinup gal Dave had her create to look like me. So cute, and so delicious!

She allowed us to design our own cake with adding her own opinion. It was so pretty, we felt almost bad about eating it!
