n was very responsive and flexible when we initially we're sure which cupcakes we wanted. In the end we decided to keep it simple with chocolate and vanilla cupcakes along with a variety of mini cupcakes including red velvet, samoa, and Oreo. Everyone told us how delicious they were and there was very few left over at the end of the wedding! Cakes by Erin is professional while not being "stuffy", a pleasure to work with, and was affordable for our wedding of roughly 130 guests. Thanks Erin!

dded bonus that their bakery was able to help us in making all of our wedding guests happy. We met with Erin probably a about 9 months ahead of time and told her what we imagined. A beautiful 4 tier wedding cake with fondant flowers, that would match the bouquets and blue ribbon. I was blown away when I saw the cake on the table when I walked into the reception. I did notice that it didn't have the ribbon I wanted but it did have a blue trim around each tier. It was still amazing! And several guests told us it was the best wedding cake they have ever had. I would highly recommend Cakes by Erin, for your wedding or any other special or not so special occasion.

am so happy we met her at The Simply Elegant Bridal Expo in Boston and I'm so happy she made our cake. I couldn't have asked for more.
