Cakes by Ibelise

Bought my wife a cake from Ibelise last week for my wife's birthday and it looked great. She did an awesome job with the design and it looked so good that my wife didn't want to eat it. We finally got around to it the same day and the cake was so nasty that none of my kids would eat it. The inside of the cake taste burnt and we were so disappointed. Before I picked up the cake Ibelise and I emailed one another at least 7 times but when I emailed her to let he know how bad the cake was she didn't respond at all. As a business owner I understand how things can be for a small business so I wasn't expecting a new custom cake. Really all my wife wanted was some good cake to eat but to not respond at all after such a horrible cake made me have to leave a review. The sad thing is I wanted to use her for all my family events each year but the cake was that bad. If you want a great looking cake, then I highly recommend Ibelise but if you want your cake to taste good, I would go somewhere else.
