the cake booths and sampled others while there, NONE of them compared to hers. Before we left for the day we stopped by her booth one more time and tried the sample again to make sure she was the one we were going to book (yes it was that good). Our main cake was french vanilla with cream cheese and strawberry filling in between the layers. It was a three tier cake and the design was beautiful, we had a layer with a lot of icing for icing lovers like myself, the middle layer had a thin layer of icing and the top was a naked layer for those who don't care for a lot of icing. The Groom's cake was a chocolate poke cake with cherry filling and chocolate icing. She was so sweet to work with from beginning to end. Everyone loved her cake, we did not have one crumb left at the end of the night. I cant wait to try it again on our anniversary, I have no doubt it will still be delicious!

She is professional, reasonably priced, and very collaborative! The whole process of choosing a cake from day one to receiving the cake on the reception day went very smoothly with no hiccups! My family and I would highly recommend her and we wish her nothing but the best for her future endeavors!

We ultimately went with a vanilla and chocolate cake for the wedding cake and had a carrot cake for the grooms cake. The final cakes were beautiful and delicious! Kathy is wonderful to work with and you will not be disappointed!

week before asking if she needed anything from me. No response. Day of wedding she FAILS to deliver what I asked. She sends a plain cake. Thankfully just in roses sees this problem and handles it so I don’t even have to be told of Kathy’s failure. Just in roses made my cake beautiful. Kathy, if you can’t deliver on such an important day then why are you even in this business? Had my florist not stepped in, it would have been a very sad circumstance

f an industrial kitchen in her own home. She hosted us for a tasting and helped us pick our designs and flavors. The only difficulty was choosing because everything tasted so good. We ended up with a 3-tier cake with two tiers of chocolate Andes mint and one of white cake and white frosting. So so so good! Everyone loved the cake -- even my husband, who got some up his nose ;)

kes by Kathy, and her cakes were the most moist and delicious cake I have ever tasted. My fiance and I met with her in her home and we both knew right away that she was perfect. She even had a picture of a cake that was similar to the one I had imagined. The only problem, was that at the wedding we discovered that the bottom layer was white and I had asked for it to be light pink, so I would recommend that you make sure to communicate details a 2nd time before the wedding. Other than that, we were very pleased with the appearance of the cakes and the taste was superb.

She left without putting the fresh flowers on, even though she had told me from the beginning she could do them if my florist didn't and to just let her know if I needed her to - which I did. And she didn't bring the cake stand, which I had called her on the phone regarding and sent her a deposit for. She called the next week to say the check had just arrived and she doesn't make a note of it till it does. Well, that's all fine and dandy, except she didn't tell me that when I called and I put it in the mail that very day and I haven't the foggiest idea how it took 2 weeks to get there from Austin. If she had warned me and made a note, she could have easily called to say it hadn't arrived and I would have figured something out, including driving up there to give it to her. But if you're forewarned re those things, I'd say call her!
