Just the best wedding cake ever! She did a mockup for us when we visited using faux cake and decorations, so we knew exactly what we were getting and she took her time to really design something nice during our preliminary visit. The cake was delicious - lots of compliments from guests. Get your cake here!

The wedding cake was amazing and we also requested a number of other small desserts be on hand (brownies, cookies, etc). Everything was absolutely delicious.

Our cake was beautiful and everyone raved about the different flavors. We could not have had a more delicious cake for our wedding and she is so easy to work with!

Our cake was exactly what we hoped for! It was beautiful and the process was easy. We chose 3 different kinds of cake and they all were a hit! We could not be more pleased with our cake and the service. Very stress free! :o)

Good tasting cake flavors. Lots to choose from. Was disappointed that 'Hawkeyes' was spelled wrong on our groom's cake.

After going to several local bakeries and doing the traditional taste testing, we became very frustrated and thought we were never going to find what we were looking for. Cakes by Kay was our last appointment of the day and the saying of "save the best for last" absolutely applied! Everything is made from scratch, including her fondant! Simply amazing! Her artistic ability is incredible as well. She sat down with me for almost two hours going over my sketches of what I wanted the wedding and groom's cake to look like. Great customer service and incredible skill all in one package!
