Judy and her husband are the best bakers and cake designers! I showed her a picture of three cakes and said I want a mixture of these three cakes and she said its done, with total confidence! She made my vision come to life and it tasted amazing too! Exactly what I had hoped for and better! Love them and will use them for birthdays and whatever special event we need a cake for!

We had a great many compliments on the cake, and most people agreed that it was the best wedding cake they ever had. The bakers did an amazing job, it was beautiful and we chose 3 tiers... carrot, Velvet and peanutbutter cup... along with the butter cream, it was amazing! The pricing was about market price.

I used Cakes by the Koeppens on the advice of a friend, and I was not disappointed. The initial consultation was quick and productive, and my cake turned out not only beautiful, but delicious! I live out of town, so I arranged to have an aunt pick up the cake, and it was packaged well enough to survive 1.5 hours of highway and in-town travel.
