I cannot stress enough how wonderful Mindy was to work with for our daughter's wedding! Her talent, presentation and professionalism were all top notch! She made the entire process seamless, and, on top of designing the icing on the cake to match the lace on my daughter's wedding dress, she came through in the 11th hour to bake some gluten-free cupcakes for us. We very highly recommend Mindy!

We got multiple compliments from guests saying it was the best cake they had ever had. We have a 4-tier cake and 160 guests, and we had no leftovers. My mother, a bridesmaid, and a few wedding guests were gluten-free or celiac, and one of my goals for my cake was to have them be able to enjoy cake on my wedding day. Mindy went above and beyond making a second Gluten-Free cake which was as beautiful as the main wedding cake. All of my guests raved about how good the cake was, and we were even surprised to find that Mindy left us with a small box of cupcakes to take home on our wedding night, those didn’t last long! pressed by how organized and well-structured her tasting meeting was (which wasn’t the case everywhere we visited). From that first meeting on, the entire process was seamless.
We selected the flavors for our four-tier cake, and Mindy handled the rest with total professionalism. The cake was delivered right on time, decorated beautifully with our wedding flowers, and it tasted just as amazing as it looked. She was also sweet enough to include a few cupcakes in our wedding cake flavor — likely knowing we’d never get a chance to have our own cake during the reception (she was right!) Our guests loved it, and we couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend!

ING art! When my daughter went in for the tasting Mindy had a wide variety of flavors! These were actual serving size pieces not just a small bite like I have seen at other places. She was patient as we bounced ideas back and forth and came up with my daughter's perfect cake! The cake was just that too - PERFECT! It was a showstopper as people ooohhed and aaaahed over how beautiful it was! A beautiful cake is one thing but once people got a chance to taste it, they were begging for more! I've never seen guests fight over wedding cake! Mindy thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the hard work and love you put into your cakes! My now-husband goes not have to eat GF, so for our tasting, she made us two totally separate batches of cake to try. We ended up changing our mind on the cake design closer to the wedding and Mindy was flexible and told us that was totally fine. Our cake turned out SO beautiful and delicious and we got so many compliments on it. Counting down the days until our anniversary so we can eat that top layer and try it again! :)

t us bring our niece to the tasting, and made it so fun! We talked with her about the flavors, rated them, etc., then she was able to sketch out our vision for the cake, even though she was the first tasting of the day.
We had such a great time and enjoyed her cake so much, we decided to go with her. We changed some things and still had some lingering questions, all of which she answered and accepted with no hesitation.
On the day of, she delivered the cake and put all of the decorations on it, really executing our vision and the cake was just as delicious as we remembered. We were even able to freeze some leftover and defrost after our honeymoon to enjoy (it tasted like it was still freshly made). We look forward to using Mindy in the future for anniversary cakes, etc!

We just wanted to leave a review for anyone who is interested in booking with her. She was absolutely wonderful to meet with! The complementary tasting included six different flavors. She spent time going over everything she has to offer and laid out all the pricing and what she recommended based on our guest count. She was very professional, had great energy and communication, and was, overall, really nice to talk to. If you are thinking about booking with her, then we would highly recommend her!

er of the bride but also a wedding coordinator, and Mindy’s great personality, energy, creativity, talent, and flexibility helped me to relax and continue with my multiple responsibilities. I completely trusted Mindy with everything including the absolutely heavenly taste and elegant decoration of the cake and its timely delivery. Mindy organized tasting with the variety of flavors and fillings for the cake to choose from. It was really hard to choose, because all the flavors and fillings were SO delicious, and we wanted all of them. Mindy helped us to make absolutely the best choice. At the wedding, the cake was disappearing from the cake table as soon as it was served. We had the four-tier cake with four different flavors and fillings, which usually served 120 people, and all of our guests could not get enough. It was SO great!!! We absolutely recommend Mindy to everyone who wants scrumptious and stunning cake and are looking forward to MANY YEARS with Mindy’s cakes!!!

ake stand since our venue didn’t provide one. She is the BEST!!! Do not get a cake from anywhere else- Seriously!! She’s amazing and her cakes are literally perfection!!!! She’s got tons of pictures on her Facebook page as well that’s she done and they are all perfect!! I was soooo happy to find her!! Other bakeries I looked at, didn’t have cakes that even came close to hers! She’s truly an artist and the sweetest person you could ever meet!! If you are questioning where to get your cake, I’m telling you this is the girl and the bakery you need to go to!! I’d give her 100 stars if I could!
