My husband and I absolutely loved working with Cakes by Stephanie! We had our original wedding cake order fall through with another bakery a month before our wedding, we were so worried we wouldn't be able to find another bakery in time but the team at Cakes by Stephanie was so understanding and booked us for a wedding cake tasting right away! They meet with you personally at the bakery to let you sample a few of their cake flavors (which are all delicious by the way) and even have binders for cake designs and cake layouts for you to look through if you still aren't too sure on what you want. Our wedding cake turned out exactly how we imagined it, and it was even more moist and delicious than we thought a wedding cake could be. They even offer a free mini wedding cake on your 1st year anniversary! This bakery really goes above and beyond in terms of quality, effort, and flavor. We can't wait to come back to order more treats and cakes for future events!

We went with Cakes by Stefanie for our wedding and they absolutely blew us away! Their dessert selection is incredible and very reasonably priced for the quality. They handled delivery and setup, which took so much stress off us. Clearly it went over well with our guests, too, because there were very minimal leftovers!
Their staff is so kind and helpful. I felt like I was working with people who truly love what they do and care about making sure your special day goes smoothly. I want to specifically shout out Sydni for navigating all our initial back-and-forth as our needs changed. We had a specific vision for a custom cake, and through lots of excited and supportive correspondence, we were able to see it come to life.

Not only did the cake look incredible, but it also tasted amazing. We chose three flavors for our cake: white cake with raspberry mousse, red velvet, and Oreo cake with Oreo mousse and every layer was a hit with our guests! So many people came up to us raving about how good it was.
We also ordered gluten- and dairy-friendly cupcakes for guests with dietary restrictions, and they were just as delicious. Everyone felt included and taken care of, which meant a lot to us.
Delivery was smooth and totally worth the additional fee of $50. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition.

We had everything from lemon bars, blueberry bars, fruit tarts, sugar cookies, stuffed Oreos, macaroons and cheesecake—every single treat was a hit with our guests. But the highlight? Our stunning wedding cake! The cherry chip and honey lemon lavender flavors were out of this world, and the cake was beautifully decorated with pressed flowers that perfectly matched our theme.

At our wedding tasting however, we tried Cake's By Stephanie. They brought multiple samples to try that day and we feel in love. The pricing is so reasonable and the cake is delicious.
We booked our appointment to discuss design, flavors and placed our deposit right away. They were able to take a custom design and match it perfectly for our wedding day. We picked a four tier and got four different flavors. They offer a free year anniversary cake so we did not have to freeze our top tier which I think is awesome. I dropped off my cake topper, silk flowers and little dog figurines to be placed on our cake. They carved out tiny pieces to make it look like our dogs took a bite out of the cake, it was adorable!
Our guests still continue to compliment how amazing the cake looked and tasted. We will continue to support this incredible bakery!

All were delicious! We also added cookies, and they were a HIT! We ordered 96 for 110 wedding and there were <dozen at the end of the night. I'm very sad I didn't get to try any that night! hey delivered our cakes on time to the venue. We even asked to add more cupcakes the week of the wedding and they were very accommodating. The feedback I have for them was that they did not send a box to take the top tier of our cake home in (or they never communicated where it was to our coordinator) and they had an odd way of doing their deposit that we didn't love. They require a $100 deposit, but unlike most other vendors the deposit does not go towards your final bill, rather you get it back when you return a part of the cake stand a few days after the wedding. Knowing the bridal industry, it felt like they should know the days after your wedding are chaotic and couples are usually off honeymooning, so the last thing you're thinking about is returning those cake parts. Not to mention, the venue probably threw them out anyway. The baker at Cakes by Stephanie even said the parts are only worth a few bucks, so it kind of felt like the deposit was a sneaky way to charge more. Just be careful of the deposit if you want your money back. I would recommend them to friends and family and would use them in the future!
