Making a magical experience for each of my customers is always my goal and I have worked over 200 weddings. This has been a passion of mine since I was a little girl. Making dreams come true!

Our cake was so nice looking, and vegan too!
We had a guest who can't tolerate anything with eggs in it, so Vivi made delicious vanilla cake with blueberry compote and vanilla icing. Our guests were not expecting blueberries for a wedding cake but they love it! They all raved over how cute it was and especially how delicious it was! She duplicated the inspiration pics so well!! ❤️
We are beyond happy with Vivi's flavor selection, price and decoration. 😊

5 stars all around! We ordered two different flavored cakes for our wedding, and both were delicious and a huge hit. We received compliments throughout the night with how tasty our cakes were. One was a sheet cake, but the other was three-tier and decorated beautifully. Vivi was also very communicative and easy to work with. Would highly recommend her for your wedding or other events!

Viviana made us the most magical and tasty wedding cake! She was incredible to work with from the initial taste testing, to cake design, to getting the cake delivered. She’s very kind and knowledgeable about flavor profiles and structural integrity of funky shaped cakes! She had a lot of amazing flavors even with little bite size samples. We had very colorful cake ideas with seemingly complex detailing and she was very patient with understanding about what we were looking for while making us feel confident in what we would get as an end result. We were blown away when we saw the cake because we didn’t even see it come in on the day of. It was beautiful, well decorated, and tasted delicious.

Our cakes were FLAWLESS and fairly priced. Vivi exceeded my expectations in both appearance and freshness/taste. Just amazing! Multiple guests said the bride's cake was the most beautiful cake they had ever seen!! Vivi is very personable and professional, and it's clear that her team gave it their all. Highly recommend!

Vivi was a pleasure to work with in securing my dream cake for our wedding! I met Vivi in her tasting room in South Austin. She came prepared with mini bites of cake and frosting which I had preselected via email. Vivi has a multitude of different cake and icing flavors as well as different types of icing. We wanted to go for something light and classic so we settled on an almond base cake with strawberry cream icing. During this time we also went through the cake sizing options and prices.
Vivi and I corresponded through email through the entire process. I sent her my cake inspo photos and she shared her previous creations. Note that she also offers cake stand and cake knife set rentals - they must be returned within the next day.
I was not around for the delivery or the set-up of the cake. Vivi located the florals set aside for the cake, made sure they were secured and was off! The cake was exactly as I envisioned - clean and classic; and it was incredibly tasty!
Thank you to Viviana for working with us! We highly recommend her to other couples looking for a cake for their wedding!

Viviana was a literal angel to work with. When I tell you I had a million questions and went back and forth on things Viviana was nothing but patient and kind and answered all my questions in a professional and timely manner. Cakes by Vivi was recommended to me by my wedding planner and I took a pretty big leap of faith with ordering desserts for our wedding without tasting just based off previous reviews. Her prices were the BEST of anyone I looked at and the night of our wedding I was blown away with not only the presentation of our desserts but everything was DELICIOUS. I felt good that we went with a small local business and especially one that was kind and accommodating. We ended up with mini churro cups, little cake shooters and cake balls. They were all just perfect and I was happy they were affordable. My advice if you’re reading this is book Viviana and say no thank you to the other bakeries you’re considering. Thank you Viviana!

Vivi was so nice and the cake was seriously amazing! We got so many compliments on it and was one of the things we had been most looking forward to, besides getting married! Not only was it absolutely delicious but it was gorgeous as well, I would recommend Vivi to any of my friends in a heartbeat!

After trying 10 different cake vendors in Central Texas, Keith and I were blessed enough to have come across Cakes By VIVI on the knot. Within taking our first bite at our cake tasting, we knew we had to go with her. It was so delicious we had our wedding cake, and grooms cake made with a variety of different flavors, all of which were exceptional. It’s been 2 weeks and people still rave about how good the cake was. 100/10! Will be re-ordering for our one year anniversary! It was so good, we ate the top layer the next day lol.

Vivi listened and did exactly as we asked! Everything was perfect! Couldn’t have asked for better and the cakes - gluten-free groom’s and the 2-flavored brides cake were so delicious ♥️♥️ She was even able to add a little Super Mario on the grooms cake! Very well done.

Omg! We met with Ms. Vivi for the tasting and instantly I knew she’s was the 1, I had a few other tastings set up but canceled immediately after meeting with her. We wanted a bride & groom cake with 4 tiers all different flavors. She definitely made our dream come true with our cake. Our cake was beautiful and extremely tasty. She definitely has my vote of best cakes in Austin and if I could do my wedding again I would have 2 cakes because the guest ate the entire cake all except the top tier that I brought home to freeze. I have gotten so many compliments on the cake and have given everyone her name!
She is a BEAST at this craft and an absolute sweetheart❤️🥰

I wanted to support a local baker and I am so glad I found Cakes by Vivi. Viviana prepared a beautiful 3 tiered Strawberry cake and Funfetti cupcakes for my daughter's Quinceañera. Both were so delicious with wonderful tender cake and perfectly balanced buttercream frosting. Delivery was a huge help for us and Viviana delivered right before the event very quickly with no issues. Thank you for your hard work!

Vivi was so incredibly responsive and brought our vision of what we wanted our wedding cake and groom's cake to look like and then some! Her cakes not only look amazing but they taste absolutely delicious - we still have some of our guests raving that our cakes were the best they had ever had at a wedding almost a month later! We chose a lemon cake with strawberry compote and swiss buttercream frosting for our wedding cake and a fudge cake with strawberry compote and mocha buttercream frosting for the groom's cake. We highly recommend Vivi!!

Vivi was truly amazing! We met with her about 6 months before the wedding to taste test and design our cake, as it was an absolute must for my husband to have a big statement cake that also tasted delicious. We ordered a 4-tier cake, swapping every other layer with red velvet and almond. My goodness- IT WAS PHENOMENAL! We also did a mix of American and Swiss buttercream. Even with around 200 guests, we had a full tier to take home and save in our freezer for later- as is customary.
Additionally, Vivi was wonderful to work with! She was sincere and professional, and willing to create our vision. She even decorated the cake with flowers I provided when she delivered the cake, at no extra charge. She went above and beyond to make the order/delivery seamless, the cake super good, and a lasting memory of the “cutting the cake” experience. Highly recommend!

Viví was very communicative and helpful in choosing our design from the very beginning. We chose her to make our wedding cakes because the initial cake tasting was easy and surprisingly delicious! Viví accommodated when we asked to add a groom’s cake on to the order too. All our guests raved about how great the cakes looked and how good they tasted!
