perfect and exactly like I imagined. The owner was very easy to work with. Her prices were lower than any other place and the service was wonderful. I was treated like I was the only customer everytime I came in. My mom picked up our orders including a 3-tiered cake and it arrived safely because Kitty went out of her way to provide extra support and packaging to protect it. I was so worried about it tipping over or sliding in the car ride. My mom can drive crazy! lol She added a little extra to our cake that that fit into our vision and theme perfectly. The picture I showed her had flowers on top but we were leaving them off to add our cake topper. She found a way to add the flowers AND the cake topper! My boutique was amazing!! We had to use a few fake flowers because of the season but Kitty worked her magic and made them blend in with the real ones so you couldn't tell. It looked perfectly identical to the Pinterest picture I sent her. The cake was amazing. We have nut allergies and I knew from birthday parties this is a safe spot to order from (upon request). Not only was our cake beautiful and delicious - it was safe for my nut allergy guests! Our cake was really good. I love that its not overly sweet. No other bakery could provide us with a nut free cake the day of our wedding. I called every single one within 50 miles of us. I would definitely recommend this place expecially if you are watching costs. She can work with you and help you lower your cost by choosing something simular. Although it was not needed everything fit perfectly in my budget and was everything I ever wanted and more.

fore there wedding to bring in and set from 9:30 to 12;30 at 2;30 in the morning my crew informed them they had to leave to avoid a confrontation the groom's mother was allowed to stay and finish she did not leave until 6 am in the morning . This was not in there contract .They paid for 6 hours 6 to 12. The bride had to be informed no one pick up the flowers for the wedding at 2 in the afternoon the bride said she was on her way to the church and forgot,but would turn around and get them .as they did not want to pay for delivery .then the aunt insisted on cutting the cake and she put it in the bud light box not the caters.Also they were to pay for the wedding 10 days prior to the event it was not paid in full until the day before. the napkins , table cloths and dishes and silverware and glasses included for free from the hall . free and they complained after the hall had to call the police to have them leave the hall the night of the reception at 1;30 in the morning , as the employees feared it would be another 6 am fiasco . the groom tipped the bartender and caters and said how wonderful the food was. the bride was informed at 12 it was time to end the event or they would have to pay for overtime ,the bride began to swear at the employee and that is when the police was called to have them escorted out of the hall due to extreme intoxication and belligerent. The hall advised us to bill them for extra hours they used that was not included in the contract .

ng was filthy. Huge stains all over the table cloths and even stains on the table runners. The dishes were disgusting, dried crusty food on plates, god knows what stuck to almost every single wine glass, some of the silverware was even rusted, so much so I had to repeatedly remove them from the tables as WE the bridal party set the tables that her staff was supposed to do. Kitty was so unorganized it was unreal. She even tried to set tables with mismatched glasses, wine, champange, and some other kind just randomly scattered all over the tables. We were told and it's stated in the contract that we were allowed to come in the night before to set up the decorations and then when the time came she acted as though we were insane for thinking we could do this. She tried to tell us that we had to come in at 11:00am the day of the wedding. (Honestly who has time to set up an entire reception hall at 11:00am when the wedding started at 3:00pm) She did nothing but make rude comments about every person involved in the wedding. She even had the nerve to call and request to speak to the bride at the end of the night and make derogatory comments and threaten to call the police and press charges on my sister(the bride). Which she did call the police and proceeded to lie and say there were multiple fist fights happening and they needed to intervene. Which mind you I spoke with the officer that arrived and he even stated to me that everything was fine in his eyes. Even the male bartender said that we were all great and created no issues and went and spoke the officer and backed us up. The bouquets that Kitty made wilted before we even got to the reception. The cake was sinking inwards and did not meet the quality of what they were promised. If it wasn't for the beautiful decorations that my sister's now mother-in-law made for this wedding and the low lighting it would have looked like a trash wedding. As a wedding planner Kitty had absolutely no idea what was going on and acted as though she had never done this before. My sister's mother-in-law had more of a sense on how to set everything up than Kitty did! I would never recommend Cake, Candy, and Flowers to anyone for any reason whatsoever.
