Cakes in Vermont

Tammy made the desserts for my wedding and everything was such a hit!!! We personally did not want to have a wedding cake and chose to have a variety of cupcakes and cookies. It was so exciting and refreshing since Tammy asked us to let her know what our favorite desserts were and then she made them into cupcakes and cookies! We had Boston cream pie cupcakes, strawberry shortcake cupcakes, cannoli cupcakes, creme brûlée cookies, and chocolate cheesecake cookies. My absolute favorite is the crème brûlée cookie but the strawberry shortcake cookie was a close second. Everyone loved the options! Tammy even made all the kids vegan desserts because my nephew has a severe egg and milk allergy. She was so accommodating and this helped to prevent unnecessary stress about the allergies. Tammy was great about keeping in touch before the date and this also made me feel so confident in her and her craft. She was so professional and I could really put my trust in her for this task. Thank you so much! Would definitely plan another event just to taste those desserts again!

Our daughter had a wonderful vegan wedding. What an awesome choice to hire Tammy as the wedding cake and dessert baker. While she usually provides non-vegan bakery items and wedding cakes she handled the vegan task superbly. People are still talking about the wedding cake as being among the best they’ve ever had ( vegan or non vegan . ( Also beautifully decorated!) People can’t stop talking about the Friday night churros, cupcakes etc and the Saturday bonfire’s maple cookies. Sunday’s berry muffins were levels above any muffins I have ever tasted. Tammy is a truly talented person who is organized and incredibly helpful. Desserts were so popular at our Friday event that I asked for a very last minute increase for Saturday night and Sunday and she was able and willing to accommodate it. Suggestion: order more of her items than you think you need!
