Marla created the most AMAZING and delicious wedding cake I could have ever imagined! Our guests couldn't rave enough about how beautiful our cake was. It was soooooo damn good and just... ugh, incredible! Our tiers consisted of red velvet, coffee chocolate, and tiramisu and I was just beyond in amazement at how Marla transformed everything. Marla was prompt and extremely efficient with arriving and setting our cake up. I didn't have to worry about a thing when it came to setting up, etc. Marla is so kind and helpful when it comes to creating your vision, she was such a pleasure to work with. Pricing is also very reasonable and quality is out of this world!!

A friend of mine recommended this vendor, having used her services for her own wedding, and I am extremely grateful that I trusted my friend's advice. Marla was friendly, intuitive and creative. She struck the perfect balance between listening to our requests and giving us the reality of said requests (for example, the pros and cons of a naked cake). I was 99.9% sure on using her passion fruit curd/lemon cake as our main flavor, and tasting it easily confirmed that choice. The flavors were out of this world. We also chose the berries & cream and coffee chocolate-with Kahlua! With red and gold as our colors, and lace throughout, Marla had a design on hand to fulfill my whims. It was as pretty as it was tasty. We had no issues with her whatsoever, and I rave about her to anyone who asks about our cake. We have quite a bit left over sitting in our freezer, and it freezes very well as far as preserving the taste (I couldn't let it go to waste!) She was a pleasure to work with-easy going and responded within a reasonable timeframe. She's passionate about her craft, and it shows through her details and professionalism.

Three things we loved about the cake baker Taste - All of her samples were delicious but the red velvet was the tastiest compared to other bakeries. Design - She incorporated our ideas into the design perfectly and even customized the interior of the cake. Cost - She doesn't have a storefront so her prices are much more affordable than the surrounding expensive bakeries.;She does not speak with confidence. Instead of saying 'Yes I will do that' she says 'Ummmmm yeah! I think I can do that'. I can't explain it better than that. In the end the cake turned out beautiful and perfect!

Marla Erojo is fabulous. The cake was a beautiful three layer cake with 3 different fillings. She took my design and made the cake absolutely beautiful. She also made a grooms cake that looked like a Budweiser can. She is sweet yet professional. A true artist!
