Darlene delivered a cake more than I expected. The cake the moist and flavorful. Delivered on time with no issue. I highly recommend her work.

Darlene was wonderful to work with and she absolutely created our perfect wedding cake! She listened to all of our requests and went above and beyond to make sure that our cake flowers were perfectly arranged, to bake a special gluten-free cupcake for the bride, and to include a custom mini groom's cake made entirely of brownie! Our naked red velvet cake was delicious and super moist! We got a ton of compliments from our guests about it. I would definitely recommend Darlene and Cakes on the Move for any of your wedding cake needs. She is so friendly and helpful and also very talented at what she does. Thank you, Darlene! We couldn't be happier with how our wedding cake turned out! :)

Darlene is the best!!!! We were so lucky to have her cater not one but two events! Her pies for thanksgiving were absolutely divine! The next night we had my wedding and I got to meet her and see the most beautiful, sparkly, perfect most DELICIOUS CAKE I have ever had. She is an artist and truly made my day perfect!

Darlene was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was super kind and helpful when we were exchanging initial emails and even suggested a reception venue for us when I told her I was freaking out. We had a Halloween Star Wars themed wedding and gave her creative license on the cake. SO GLAD we did! The cake was stunning and delicious. Everything about working with her was fantastic. ❤️

Darlene was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked into her bakery we knew that she was the one. Not only was our cake absolutely beautiful but it taste amazing. I would definitely recommend her to a bride in a budget. I would definitely be keeping in contact with her for upcoming events in my life.

Darlene of Cakes on the Move was absolutely amazing. She was highly recommended to us by Trevi restaurant in Caesars Palace, where we held our reception, and we could not have had a better recommendation. Being from out of the country, she was very responsive to our many emails, phone calls and questions we had. We wanted our cake to be made out of layers of cookies and she was able to accommodate our custom request. She was very caring and made sure our cookie cake was exactly how we envisioned. Our cookie cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious. We and our guests were very impressed! It was unfortunate we were unable to meet with her but most definitely will once we are back in Las Vegas. We highly recommend Cakes on the Move! Where should I start? Darlene with Cakes on the Move was absolutely wonderful to work with. Although I was coming in out of town, she knew exactly what I wanted! The cake? Delicious! Presentation? Gorgeous!!! We couldn't have asked for a better cake and the fact that I had to do everything by phone and all she had to do was ask me to let her take over creatively. She makes the deliveries herself and makes sure that your cake is well taken care of. I put my trust in Darlene and my reception cake was a star! She even remembered my husbands favorite cake flavor and he was a very happy man. :) Definitely look to Cakes on the move for your wedding. You will not be disappointed!

I have known Darlene for 15 years and finally had the chance to showcase her beautiful work! She designed a fun custom cake for use that had so much character and was totally us! She was so excited to help me and design the cake that it made me even more excited for my wedding. She had the cake set up on time with no hastle to me. It was a goregous cake, with pretty cupcakes and even custom chocolate work of a framed picture of us and chocolate molds to finish out the entire look. The work was flawlass, everyone loved the cake and cupcakes and she was happy to stay within my price range. I will be using her again for other events, Thank you Cakes on the Move!

I got a chance to work with Cakes on the Move for our destination wedding in Vegas. She was hands down the friendliest person I've ever spoken to. She asked for creative license on my cake, and I was like hey, what's the worst that could happen? She wanted a pic of my dress, fascinator and sash and she made the cake match my dress! It was beautiful. The cake was moist and delicious. She so obviously loves what she does and it shows. I highly recommend!

I was desperate to find a wedding cake for an out of town wedding in Vegas. Darlene was amazing!! She created the perfect cake! I sent her a picture of what I liked and spoke to her about ideas and she created something better than I could have imagined!!! It was as if she knew what I wanted before I did. Darlene was great to deal with. Since I live in NC, everything was done via phone and email. The cake was delicious and just what we wanted.

We chose Darlene at the recommendation of Trevi. This turned out to be a great choice. Our cake was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed it. The flowers on top were gorgeous and it was set up beautifully. We didn't give it 5 stars because the chocolate layer was supposed to be covered in European fudge, which we couldn't find (maybe it was on there and if it was, it wasn't noticeable). My husband loved the cake and I thought it could have been more moist. It cut beautifully and our guests enjoyed it, but no one raved about it, like we hoped they would.

We ordered our cake through Cakes on the Move and it was amazing. I hate cake but their cake was moist and exactly how we wanted it which was something I was worried about because I have heard the horror stories about cakes but their was great!
