Working with Cakes By Nick G was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning he was incredibly detailed oriented and genuinely invested in bringing o...
ur vision to life. He made the entire process feel stress free. He helped guide us with adjusting flavor combinations and answered our (many!) questions quickly and thoroughly. Our cake was absolutely breathtaking. It was elegant and beautifully crafted. But beyond how stunning it looked, it tasted phenomenal. So many guests told us it was the best wedding cake they’ve ever had. Moist and flavorful and perfectly balanced. He is truly an artistry. We couldn’t recommend Cakes By Nick G more highly.
Nicholas was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. From our very first consultation he was professional, organized, and attentive to every detail we shared about our...
vision. He offered thoughtful suggestions and made us feel completely confident that our wedding cake would be perfect and it truly was.
Not only was the cake stunning and exactly what we imagined, but it tasted unbelievable. Our guests are still talking about it weeks later. You can tell he takes real pride in both the design and the quality of his work.
Throughout the entire process he was accommodating, responsive, and calm, which was such a gift during the chaos of wedding planning. If you’re looking for someone who is talented and genuinely cares about making your day special, Cakesbynickg is the one. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I showed an inspiration photo, he said he can replicate the flowers, then gave something that looked nothing like it. When I brought this up, he gaslit me and said it was his discr...
etion. Also, the cake was disgustingly sweet. Very unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

hat my fiancé and I prefer and the preference of the guests. It was so easy to talk to him, he had patience with all my questions, and made sure I understood the processing of the cake making. Then we had the cake taste based on our previous discussions. All of the samples were delicious, but we picked the cake to be Vanilla and Chocolate alternating layers with Vanilla Bean Buttercream. The BEST CAKE I ever had. My guests had seconds and asked for the baker’s information, which of course I shared. The cake for my wedding was the best! And I knew with my fiancé , mine’s and my guests reactions I decided on the right baker!!! Thank you so much Nick for making my dream wedding cake a Reality! I recommend Nick 1000000% for your wedding! His talent shows, but I also want to share he’s a very sweet person to work with!
