Cakes'n Pearls is a home wedding bakery based in Roanoke, TX. Owner and chief baker Monica Florea creates delicious custom cakes from her home baking studio. She uses the freshest and finest ingredients, creating each sweet treat from scratch.
In 2015, Monica's spectacular Snow White sculpture cake won first prize at the North Texas Cake Show. Her carefully crafted edible artworks are tailored to match couples' tastes and themes, so no two wedding cakes are ever the same! Sugar flowers, modeled figurines, and intricate icing designs are just some of the decorative highlights you can look forward to at Cakes'n Pearls.
When it comes to sumptuous flavors that will have your guests talking long after your wedding, Monica covers a broad range of old favorites and innovative combinations. A snapshot of mouth-watering fillings and flavors includes white velvet, butter pecan, peppermint chocolate chip, orange, salted caramel, and espresso, to name but a few. You can arrange a private tasting appointment with Cakes'n Pearls to finalize your selections. Additionally, Monica produces macarons and cupcakes to complement dessert displays. Other services such as delivery, setup, and cake stand rentals are available for an additional fee.
