No mockup was sent, only a quick sketch was drawn. We would have liked to have seen the colors and style of the ornate details, especially since we paid extra for those details to be added to our cake.

The designing session was quick and easy and we were able to slightly edit an existing design with no issue! nswer. Placed the order by phone and then they still had the wrong order written on the receipt. Then placed the order for 150 pastries and 4lbs of cookies and it did not all arrive. Additionally be careful about timing if doing delivery - my wedding cake and order arrived 2.5 hours after their stated delivery time. I had to spend time at my wedding reception tracking down the delivery. They didn’t even reach out to let us know it was going to be late. Honestly disappointing and uneccesarily stressful for such a reputable company. For a $1k+ order we expected better service.
