Made all my wedding dreams come true! Honestly one of the biggest reasons for our wedding in Orlando were the photo opportunities an Stephanie and Jacob really did capture them all! They were such a lovely addition to our wedding day bringing so much laughter and fun. An when the typical Florida weather rained on our big day these guys still ensured I got my dream photos. If you are looking for a photographer to make you feel like a princess an have a groom who hates his photo being taken, hire these guys they will make magic happen! I have the most beautiful photos that captured the day (and day after) perfectly!!!

Just returned back from a quick trip for engagement pictures and got our sneak peaks back (SO FAST!) and I cannot recommend Caldwell Photographic Studio enough. Stephanie was amazing to work with and made my fiancé super relaxed even though pictures are super uncomfortable for him. 1000/10 would recommend and will definitely be calling her again. If anyone is considering booking with her- DO IT!

Stephanie is the greatest photographer of all time. She has the most incredible, creative vision and captures the love in your event. We hired her for our engagement shoot at universal and our Disney wedding and know we will see her again in our future. I cannot say enough to truly describe how amazing Stephanie is. From the first time we talked to our engagement photos to our wedding day, she was on point with everything. We had SO MUCH FUN and I wish I could hang out with her everyday. She is creative in the moment and goes above and beyond to get the perfect shots for you. If you are on the fence, BOOK HER. We had our photos fast and she is just so great at her craft and I am looking for a reason to book her again because we adored her. If you are in Orlando or getting married in the area, she is the one you want.

To say that Stephanie is an amazing photographer is an understatement. After our wedding was postponed and then cancelled because of COVID-19, we were unsure of what our special day would look like. After finding a beautiful new location we were still nervous- planning a new wedding in under a month can be hectic. Once we met Stephanie, all of our worries seemed to melt away. Kind, talented, professional and (SO) fun are words that we would use to describe her. Taking our photos with Stephanie was definitely one the major highlights of our day- not to mention our pictures are nothing short of amazing! She makes everything look perfect. The only worry you will have is figuring out what pieces of her artwork you want to purchase to hang on your wall for everyone to see! Stephanie came to Jacksonville to photograph my wedding. I was overwhelmed with trying to find the right photographer in Jax. A friend recommended me to Stephanie and I knew right away I found the right photographer! Stephanie was so friendly and easy to talk to via phone. She made the process to what seemed to me overwhelming, but so easy! I trusted her magic and I told her I am game for anything!! She was easy to work with, as well as, fun! Caldwell Photographic Studio is the best and after looking at my pictures I am able to relive my special day forever!! 💚💚

I can't recommend Stephanie enough! We were lucky enough to have gotten Stephanie assigned to us for our Epcot portrait session 2 days after our wedding and we are still totally in awe and raving about the experience. Stephanie is fun, she knows what she's doing and then some, and is willing to do whatever it takes to get the perfect shot. She LITERALLY laid down in a wet puddle on the ground just to capture the pure magic that we now have to share as one of our wedding photos. She's got an amazing eye an knows what to do to create the best, most glowingly beautiful photos ever. I had the amazing privilege of having Stephanie as a photographer for my Disney Wedding. I can't even say how amazing she was to work with! She was patient with our big group, caring to our needs and the shots we wanted, and she made the day light-hearted and fun! The shots she got were out of this world and her "mirror" shots were to DIE for!!! I honestly cried when I got my photos back out of pure happiness. Stephanie Caldwell is just delightful and professional. She is an artist. We love her. She has the sweetest disposition and a smile that lights up a room. We are in our 60’s and were married ona DCL in the Mediterranean. We didn’t hire a photographer and relied on the ship’s photographer. What we got were just “pictures”. Nothing special and the photographer seemed disinterested in us. We decided to do a vow renewal cruise and chose Stephanie after seeing so much of her beautiful pictures. She went to my stateroom and did all sorts of artistic photos while I was getting hair and makeup. My husband fell in love with her. She was a huge help to him getting ready and getting everything he needed. She and the DCL onboard coordinator worked together to get the perfect shots of our ceremony and Mickey and Minnie. I felt like a princess. Our photos are true works of art. They capture our spirit and our love. I highly recommend Stephanie. She is one in a million❤️

Can't say enough great things about Caldwell Photographic Studio! Stephanie and Jacob were so much fun to work with, which shows in the results. Living too far from the studio, we set everything up by e-mail, text and phone. It could not have been easier. As the wedding day drew near, we went through the timeline of the day together over the phone. It set my mind at ease, knowing she had everything under control! We had a full 8 hours with 2 photographers, plus an engagement session. Worth every penny- Do not skimp on your wedding day photography. I highly recommend Stephanie and her team at Caldwell!

Stephanie is amazing she's a total pro. My husband and I are not the most photogenic and she made me feel beautiful and him on top of the world. We had so much fun with her and laughed the whole time. I was so comfortable. I would hire her again for future photos.

Stephanie did my Disney wedding for me in February, 2017. Not only did she get very shot perfectly, she made my entire wedding party feel at ease and made sure we had fun. I hate getting my picture taken but Stephanie has a way of posing you perfectly so that even the most photo-phobic bride can feel like she stepped off the pages of Brides magazine. I really do consider her the Fairy Godmother of my wedding day. She also has a great eye to capture those non-scripted photos. Some of the pictures she took during my ceremony, when we didn't even realize the cameras were on us are some of my treasured. I don't know how to put it other than she was able to capture "the love in our eyes." I can't recommend her enough and will definitely use her again for future family photo shoots!

Stephanie was GREAT!! Definitely the highlight of our day as far as vendors go. We still look at the pictures in awe and people are amazed by what they see!!

Stephanie is amazing! I used her for a boudoir shoot first and holy smokes! The pics were amazing!! I then used her for my wedding day and then twice more for park portraits. I always hate taking a lot of photos because I never know how to pose. Well, Stephanie is the best poser in the history of mankind! She has great directions so that you understand exactly how she wants you to be positioned! She has fun names for positions like "peepee" dance and "Cinderella" for softer arms and hip popped. I cannot be more in love with her work and am so happy we used her for all 4 of these occasions! In fact, I plan to shoot an anniversary shoot with her down the line! She really listens to you and gives you what you ask for.. and then some! All of my pictures truly give off a fairytale vibe and everyone who sees them freaks out about how great they are! If you are thinking about it, stop thinking and book Stephanie! ❤️

We had a great experience using Stephanie for our ceremony and reception! She and her partner Jacob were professional and lots of fun to work with. There were times that I felt like a supermodel posing for photos and times that I completely forgot they were even there- the photos all turned out amazing! She really works with the surroundings and, having even never shot at our venue before, was able to give some absolutely gorgeous shots of the resort-indoors and out. In our final reel of almost 900 photos, we got the "getting ready" pics, our first look, the ceremony, the cocktail hour and family photos, and some great candids from the reception! I missed out on eating a lot of our food, but it was nice to be able to see photos of it. We did some bridal portraits before she played around with some more artistic photos as the reception was winding down. Overall great experience- great people, you won't be disappointed.

They say something will always go wrong on your wedding day. This is true for both I the bride and the groom. As the day began I was not feeling like a photogenic bride when my mother's gown splits in half. This was the hiccup I encountered. Everyone raced along to try and find a solution including Stephanie, our photographer. There are photos in our package where you can see Stephanie trying to help us fix this damned dress. Throughout the nightmare she quickly noticed I was no longer in my happy place. Stephanie made it her priority to get me back to a state of wedding day bliss. Along with her assistant they cracked jokes, poked fun at each other and calmed me down in order for me to feel relaxed and happy in our wedding photos. I felt like I had a BFF following me around having a paparazzi moment. My husband that day encountered the tall tale hang over before the wedding. His stomach was in knots. His nerves were shot to hell but never will you notice this in our photos. He says she was just the greatest with him. Never made him feel uncomfortable and always found a way to make him laugh and relax. Our photos were our greatest investment on our wedding. As a couple who had to budget out videography from our wedding but she captured the whole night perfectly with no gaps. The photos flow and speak to you so well it's almost as if it is a video you're watching. With so many wonderful and beautiful photo it rarely dawns on us that we cannot recreate our special day. She made us look gorgeous. She made our wedding feel and look like the unique event we created and we enjoy looking at them each time we come upon our photo album. Professional, creative, sassy, smart, adoring and loving. These are all the attributes and more you'll get when you work with Stephanie and Caldwell photography.

Caldwell Photography was absolutely amazing to work with! As a destination bride I was pretty overwhelmed in the beginning and had no idea where to begin. I saw Stephanie's photographs on a bridal Facebook group and knew instantly I needed to have her! She was so professional, nice, and extremely artistic capturing our photos. I showed her some styles of pictures that I liked and she nailed them! She got the lighting and poses right on every picture as well as being extremely helpful guiding us to get the best possible poses for our picture (we are no models!). My husband is very difficult when it comes to smiling and she knew exactly how to handle him. He felt so comfortable by the end and we got amazing shots! She edited the photos with great detail, with such vibrancy, and even gave us a few sneak peaks the following day after the shoot. The turnaround time for our photos was extremely fast in my opinion. The hardest part is choosing which pictures I want blown up for my house!! Her prices are very reasonable for such high quality work. I really could not be more thrilled with my photos!!! I highly recommend them!!

I have worked with Stephanie from my engagement photos until now, my wedding photo. I have love everything, so far. Stephanie is easy to work with and fun. She fit in perfectly great with my family, so it was like a professional family member taking my photos. I loved every moment of it. I am more then sure I will be using her for my maternity photos!

But from the second I connected with Caldwell Photographic Studio and Stephanie, I KNEW everything would be perfect. Stephanie was amazing to work with. Her presence puts you at ease immediately and you get comfortable in front of the camera fairly quickly because of her personality and ability to get you feeling like you have known each other for years! Stephanie Caldwell was the photographer for our evening wedding on the Yacht StarShip in Tampa. She took the most amazing photos of the occasion, with some stunning light effects. It was December and 6pm onwards - she had arrived earlier in the day to get some lighter shots of the venue and the cake which was lovely and then in the evening, she took photos throughout the whole occasion. We had lovely family photos, stunning bride-groom photos (She definitely knows how to work in darker conditions) and great live shots of toasts, people dancing etc. Stephanie is extremely friendly and knows what she is doing and the type of shots to take to give you a great set of wedding memories.

Very easy to work with and very quick turnaround time. We got our pictures in two weeks! Excellent pricing!
