at we were hoping for. Not only are we beyond obsessed with our video, but Caleb and Amy were a joy to work with. They went above and beyond in so many ways. They were accommodating, friendly, and engaging. On a day with so many moving parts, I can’t even begin to describe how great Caleb and Amy were to work with and so fun to be around. kes in Breckenridge, CO on 9/8/22, and the day could not have been more perfect. These two are seriously special folks. Their professional and personal chemistry is undeniable, and both my husband and I immediately felt a connection with them from the moment they showed up to our hotel rooms at 4 am the morning of! Their energy is so wonderful, and from the second we met in person, I knew we had made the right decision. They asked us about our story (how we met, what we do for work, what we're into, music stuff, etc) and genuinely wanted to know who we were outside of just being clients. We did have a slight mishap losing my husband at the location right before our ceremony started (he walked up to the top of the trail, and we had no service to be able to call him!). Caleb and Amy were so awesome in being a grounding and calming presence while I was *this close* to having an anxiety attack and I can't thank them enough. Amy even jogged up to the top of the trail to find my husband and bring him back down to the ceremony area. Talk about above and beyond. The entire morning was a complete dream, and they made the two of us feel so at ease! Neither of us love being the center of attention, but their style is so low key and relaxed, while also providing just enough direction on posing and positioning for us to not feel completely awkward and be able to laugh through feeling silly in some of the poses, (which ended up looking so natural and effortless in our video! still can't wrap my head around that). Caleb and Amy got us our video right within the 6 week turnaround time, and just in time for our post elopement dinner with our families and close friends. I was expecting to be in love with our video based on their other work that I had looked at on their site during my research, but what we were met with was seriously so far beyond anything I could have ever expected. I will say that if you're looking for the cheapest videographer/photographer, Amy and Caleb are probably not your best option. In saying that, you get what you pay for, and our video reflected hours upon hours of meticulous, thoughtful, editing and creative choices that truly showed us artistry at it's finest. I've watched and shared our video approximately a trillion times and I'll never ever get over it. Out of all of the expenses associated with our elopement and dinner party, our video was hands down, bar none, the best money we spent. well. After we flipped through Caleb’s portfolio of stunning work, we promptly reached out to see if he would be willing to preserve our wedding day in video form. When it comes to filmmaking, Caleb has the academic credentials under his belt from his time in university but an artistic eye that is absolutely instrumental to be a successful wedding photographer. In the months leading up to our wedding, Caleb checked in with us through pre-meetings and ensured us he would capture all of our necessary shot requests for the final product. Given his great relationship with Henry and Viet, he worked seamlessly with them to structure and plan our day. When our wedding day came, Caleb was so skilled at procuring all of the necessary shots despite the typical chaos any wedding day would bring. As he directed us to get the shots he needed, he was able to keep us from feeling awkward. Seeing him in action was particularly impressive as he was acting as a one-man-show. Once the dust had settled after our wedding day, Caleb was upfront and reminded us about the estimated completion time, which was absolutely appreciated. He delivered our wedding film in the time promised, and it was a gorgeous, poignantly moving work which told a concise story of our day, capturing all the emotion we felt throughout. We weren’t just watching clips in chronological order — each shot was carefully curated and intentional. Each frame was cinematic and artistic, and we can’t help but get emotional on every rewatch. Upon sharing the film, close friends of ours were absolutely wowed by the final product. Even a few work acquaintances admitted to me that they had watched the film multiple times and had an emotionally visceral experience of our day. We are so lucky to have worked with Caleb, and we are grateful we will be able to pass down our film over the generations ahead. n planning our elopement for videography. Not only is he one of the most down to earth people we met but he’s wildly talented and put so much thought and creativity into our film and it shows.
