ision to absolute life, better than we could have imagined. The design, the flowers, the lighting, the flow of the day, and the countless thoughtful touches made it all very personal and special.
What meant the most to us as parents was being able to fully enjoy the day—every moment—without a single worry. She handled everything, including a MAJOR issue with a very last moment Officient change due to sickness. We were not made aware of the emergency until she already had found a fantastic replacement, resolving the entire situation without bringing additional nerves to any of us on our daughter’s special day.
She acted with grace and professionalism, allowing us to be present and soak in every second of such a meaningful celebration.

ndors, to set up the night before, to the day of the wedding, everything was amazing. She was always texting me to make sure everything was going ok and checking in on me to make sure I was not stressed about anything and I will never forget how above and beyond she went for us. On our wedding day my bridal bouquet didn't turn out good and you know what she did? She remade it with such ease. She was a florist at one point which came in clutch. I mean what can she not do!?! ver 20 years, but she also happened to be our wedding planner… and she was everything.
From the very beginning, she got our vision — a wildflower-filled, earthy, romantic celebration — and brought it to life with so much care, style, and soul. She introduced us to the dreamiest florist who created these stunning, free-spirited arrangements that looked like they were gathered straight from a meadow. Total heart explosion.
She also guided me to the most amazing makeup artist who made me feel beautiful and like myself at the same time — no easy task. And the cake? Don’t even get me started. Pressed flowers, delicate and delicious… I didn’t know cake could be that pretty.
But what really blew me away was how deeply she held the heart of this day. She took care of every detail while still making it feel personal, grounded, and full of love. Watching someone I’ve known forever help bring our story to life like that was something I’ll never forget.
Caley, thank you for pouring your whole heart into this with me. You made our day more beautiful than I ever dreamed.

detail oriented, which she is, and also really organized, she's also very fun, very caring, very "go above and beyond" type of person. We've worked many weddings together and I can confident say that she's such an asset for a couple that needs someone to help out with the planning but wants someone with great personality and confidence!
