I requested a quote through the Knot to which I received an email asking for more details. When ...
I received a call from someone from this company, the man I spoke with didn't let me finish providing the details of what I needed for the day of the event and proceeded to talk over me. He then gave me a quote of 4 hours at $1,250 to which I responded oh, that's ok I received a quote for much less and before I could even thank him for his time, he hung up on me. I am grateful that I didn't enter into a business relationship with a company that is this rude to potential customers. I can't imagine what the treatment would have been once I've paid a deposit, locked into a contract and no option to get out.
Word of advice...find another vendor. This man is rude and lacks customer service skills!
