Amanda is amazing!!! When first talking with my husband about catering we knew we wanted the food to be good and hearty because we hate leaving a wedding feeling hungry and like we just ate something gross. California catering was the perfect caterer for our wedding. We had amazing appetizers, that we actually got to eat :) And then dinner was amazing and we got so many compliments about how good the food was. The best part was unlike so many people we know who say they didn't get to eat dinner at their wedding, we did because Amanda so graciously prepared plates for us and brought them to our seats. I highly recommend this catering company.

Pro: The food Amanda makes is delicious and she is priced reasonably. Everyone raved about the food. She cares about the event she's catering. Also, she included cake cutting which was nice. Cons: The bartender she has is retarded. He started giving out beer bottles during the cocktail hour when we still had hundreds of beer glasses. The white wine was also not very cold, which is just timing I suppose. She forgot to include a few things in the original quote which were added later but it feels like she should know what you have to have at the beginning. Over all, I really liked the service she provided.
