Calissa Restaurant

We had the most incredible wedding at Calissa. From the food, to the service, to the conversations (there were many of them) leading up to the day...we couldn't have asked for a better team. Our guests had the best time, enjoying a delicious dinner of steak, salmon, and lamb chops, followed by a night of dancing. We chose to add caviar service to the cocktail hour which added a really special and luxurious element to the evening. The signature cocktails were an espresso martini and a spicy margarita, and everyone loved them. Michael and the whole team at Calissa helped us select almost all of our vendors - our DJ, local florist, limo service, live band, and even an AV company to help us bring everything together. We were able to use a small private room indoors as our green room, meaning that the entire wedding happened at Calissa. The ceremony in the sun filled meadow was exactly what we were dreaming of. Again, could not have asked for a better experience all around.

What a beautiful day! Calissa delivered - from the service, to the gorgeous food, to the special drinks prepared in honor of the bride and groom. The live band on the stage was made even better by special lighting, making it feel like a concert. The Garden is a beautiful place in the evening with twinkle lights and a cool sea breeze. Our guests had a wonderful time.

We wanted a relaxed, yet unique rehearsal dinner option before the big day and Calissa delivered! My husband's family is Greek, so we opted for an open air pig roast. It was such a fun idea. The Chef came out and carved the pig and it was served with a couple of delicious sauces, some dips, salads and some chicken skewers to round out dinner. We used the Garden space with the beautiful see through tent for seating, and kept the Terrace area for mingling before dinner. So glad that Calissa was also able to accommodate our super last minute specialty cocktail request!

Our wedding could not have been more beautiful, unique and (surprisingly!) relaxing. After cancelling a destination wedding, we quickly pivoted to looking for spaces in the Hamptons. The events team at Calissa helped us through the process of picking not only a menu, but also gorgeous flowers (highly recommend Arthur Golabek), live music (we went with a Jazz trio plus a DJ later), and a couple of rentals that went with our wedding colors. The wine selection was really important to my husband, and we were able to find some really fun selections that fit within our budget. The after party was kind of my favorite part - Calissa's food truck, Jimmy's Gyros, pulled up to the back meadow and my guests grabbed gyros before heading to the main indoor bar for more drinking and dancing.
