We loved Call it Captivation and the way Matt and the team captured our wedding.
We had a somewhat offbeat request-- a longer, sparsely edited film focusing on the vows, speeches...
, and performances instead of a more stylized. music video. Matt understood us perfectly and delivered 100%. The video looks fantastic and is exactly what we wanted! Would highly recommend him to any of my friends looking for wedding videography.
Let us just start by saying that We love the work of Call it Captivation films. We love them so much we hired them to come out to Cabo for our wedding!
When we were looking for a...
wedding videographer for our Cabo wedding, we initially looked to hire locally and we reviewed a lot of samples. We found ourselves constantly comparing other work with that of Call it Captivations. Even long before we were engaged and needed to look for a videographer we were fans of theirs. They actually captured two other weddings in our family so already they have a reputation for creating timeless pieces that capture the heart of your wedding day in motion and audio. When we couldn't find someone that could compare, we knew we had to reach out. We were soo nervous at our first meeting with Matt because we didn't know if he would be willing to fly out to Cabo. Thank goodness they said yes!
And they did not disappoint. We've watched our teaser and highlight for at least over 50 times already. The artistry, seamless transitions, and inclusion of all the important details is impeccable. Watching our film, we really feel seen and understood. Matt and Adri so thoughtfully captured us. We could tell that they carefully thought about all the details that were important to us and meticulously crafted it into a film. And those drone shots - WOW.
I tear up every time I watch our highlight because all of those little details were noticed and seen. Things that we spent so much time thinking about or working on, that could have been so easily overlooked were captured and artistically weaved together.
Working with Call it Captivation Films was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Matt and Adri were communicative, reliable, and easy going. This was our first time being filmed and we were a mixed ball of emotions - joy, excitement, and nervousness all at once! Their presence was calming and grounding. They allowed us to be ourselves but also gave us some helpful prompts to have some fun.
Call it Captivation Films truly created a timeless film that took us on cinematic journey. Our film is visually stunning and brings out all the emotions we experienced that day. Truly captivating. We are so thankful for the beautiful art Matt and Adri created - something we cherish and will watch for years to come.
Honestly this review could be even longer because we just have so many great things to say. But we'll let their work speak for itself.
Matt and Adri are two of the best in the film wedding industry!! They are amazing. Matt was very communicative from the start, he made the whole process very easy. His attention to...
detail and his editing really brought to life our wedding day.
They filmed our wedding, our sister's wedding and we will be referring him to all our friends who are getting married as well! Call it captivation was the best investment we made for our wedding day.

edding party) and we couldn't have asked for a better videographer team. They took the time upfront to get to know us so they knew what style & look we were going for. We worked with a team of two on our actual wedding day - everything was very smooth and we barely could tell they were there capturing all the footage. We also enjoyed their website platform during the entire process. 5/5 would recommend to anyone!
Call it Captivation was referred to us by a friend, and after our initial meeting with them we knew that we wanted them to capture our special day. My wife and I decided on adding ...
the Formal Film in addition to the Highlight Film. From the beginning, Call it Captivation was great at always checking in with us leading up to the wedding. They listened to our requests on what we wanted captured and they more than exceeded our expectations. After my parents were suddenly unable to attend the wedding, we knew that the films would mean more than we had originally expected. Your highlight and formal film brought tears to their eyes and made them feel as if they were there with us. I cannot recommend Call it Captivation enough. Thank you Matt and Mike for capturing memories that will last a lifetime!
Over the moon with the work Matthew created for our wedding part 2! It was nothing short of extravagant, excellence, and pouring over with his passion and attention to detail. You ...

ded to hire them! ( best decision ever lol) Matt and his team were so friendly, professional and made us feel extremely calm and comfortable on our wedding day. That day was awkward free and to be honest, we do not recall seeing them throughout the day, but somehow they managed to capture all the special moments and details so beautifully. We absolutely love our wedding teaser and highlight film, their editing and style is definitely romantic! Watching our videos made us cry and relive the day, we definitely felt the same emotion all over again! We could not be happier with choosing them!

the way and captured our wedding exactly the way we wanted to. They met with us for coffee and talked through our vision, patiently listening and hearing us out on our hopes and concerns -- and they thoroughly executed! So glad we had a chance to work with them.

but they performed like they have been doing this for a very long time! They were so professional, courteous, and great to work with. They always made us feel comfortable and their direction was wonderful. The videos speak for themselves because they bring such a beautiful emotion. d me of the vows I made, the laughter, the dance moves, and everything in between. The Call it Captivation team works hard to make sure they knew “us.” The experience felt tailored to us as a couple from the first moment we met them! I would highly recommend Call it Captivation if you’re looking for wedding videography- it’s so worth it!

deos have all been breathtaking.
Our wedding was three-day camp wedding weekend at YMCA Camp Round Meadow, and although Matt got married shortly before us, he and Michael were still willing to spend all three days at the camp with us, capturing so many candid moments that we may never have gotten a chance to look back too otherwise. They were diligent about trying to capture the most beautiful moments, catching the light so that we were illuminated in the most spectacular ways, and having us do certain things multiple times until they got the perfect shot - or until I broke down from laughing too much. What's especially amazing (I'm sorry, I'm running out of adjectives) is that they managed to capture our spirits - including all of our silliest and goofiest moments.
Not only that, Matt is such an amazing person. My mom passed away not too long after the wedding and Matt kindly agreed to find and upload endless raw footage of my mom from the wedding so that my family would be able to keep these amazing memories. He is just such a wonderful person and an awesome videographer. You'd be silly not to choose him for any of your videography needs!
Matt and his team was an absolute pleasure to work with on such a crazy hectic day. There were so many things going on during our wedding day but they captured the perfect emotions...
throughout the video. The cinematic style and color grading was exactly what I was looking for in my wedding video. I couldn't ask for more, thanks once again Matt and I hope you all the success!
Highly recommended.

nd surprise father daughter dance . I poured my heart into making this day special for my family and friends. Our wedding day flew by quickly, and just like that- we got married. Because of Call it Captivation, I’m able to relive this magical day. I cried like a baby when I watch our wedding day highlight video, it was everything I could have wished for. Our friends and family have been raving about our video. I am enterally grateful to have Matt and Mike from Call it Captivation for capturing it all! They tastefully stringed all our special moments together! Not only are Matt and Mike incredibly TALENTED individuals, but they’re extremely professional, accommodating, reliable, and great at communicating. I researched over 15 cinematography companies and Call it Captivations has very competitive rates for their high quality of work.
