From the beginning, Olivia "held my hand" throughout the entire year of planning. She made every step of the process feel seamless, and no question or concern I had ever felt silly...
or unimportant. She truly embraced my ideas with excitement and made me feel so comfortable being honest about my budget, which was such a relief.
But the true magic of Olivia’s talents shined on the wedding day itself. Thanks to her, I was able to fully let go and immerse myself in the moment, knowing she had every situation, timeline, and vendor handled with such precision. Even when a bad rainstorm hit the morning, Olivia stayed calm, collected, and completely in control. The trust I had in her was unwavering, and she absolutely delivered beyond my expectations.
Some of my favorite memories from the day were her thoughtful check-ins with me and my husband. She always kept us in the loop on what was coming next and made sure we were taken care of throughout the night. Beyond her incredible professionalism, Olivia is genuinely a kind and sweet soul—someone who feels like a friend by the end of the journey, truly.
If you’re looking for a planner who not only knows how to flawlessly execute your vision but also makes you feel supported and cared for every step of the way, Olivia is the one. Thank you, Olivia and your team, for creating a day that was truly beautiful and magical, rainstorm and all haha! I wouldn’t change a single thing!

g the glue holding everything and everyone together on the day of the wedding. If there were problems, if there were glitches, if anything went wrong I still don't know about it because Olivia and her team handled EVERYTHING. This mother of the bride was relaxed and joyful knowing that my daughter's dream day was in Olivia's hands. We also had CallaRose's videographer present and he worked with our photographer hand in hand. Cannot wait to see the finished result and would 1 million times recommend CallaRose planning for any event, large or small!

r assistant Lorraine. Olivia’s professionalism with the entire wedding party and my guests was amazing. Everyone who encountered anything with her or Lorraine praised them. She was extremely organized especially the day before and of the wedding. Everything that I forgot she remembered or had already handled. She was quick to solve any problem that came about. There was not a stone left unturned. I’m sure she would be a grateful planner had we needed one I would definitely hire her again for any event I had.

just stunned on how she made my visions come to life. How well she gets to know her clients made her feel more like a friend than a vendor. She ensures her clients expectations are exceeded. She was there whenever I needed her and truly let me live my day as a bride without a care in the world. If anything didn’t go according to plan on my wedding day I never even knew due to her quick fixes and tweaks to ensure everything went off without a hitch. I speak for my husband and myself when I say she truly is one of the sweetest, most talented people I came across in my wedding planning journey. Will forever be grateful for her role on our big day and we adore her.

hings on the wedding day. We had a wedding of 200 people, an unforeseen late start, and tons of other logistical pieces that Olivia handled with ease. Any issue that did come up, I had NO idea about during the wedding because Olivia & Ansley handled it and kept me none the wiser, so I was completely stress free on the day.
Olivia also was great to work with in the weeks leading up to the wedding and very helpful and organized in her phone calls and video chats.
