equests both on the phone and through email, she still refuses to give me any sort of receipt or invoice for the $270, and doesn't respond to emails. She only says "the invoice is in the mail"...for 6 weeks now. That kind of unprofessionalism just rubs me the wrong way for a service at her price point.
