message or email was sent. Also, communication with her was difficult. I communicated with her via text, email, and phone. I thought by the end of all of our discussions she understood what the vision was but on our wedding day the florals for the table and cross were bushier than I had repeatedly stated I did not want. Also, the price was much higher than anticipated. In our last phone call before the wedding, she had stated the price would decrease due to me requesting less florals and then the final bill came, and it had not adjusted. I reached out and she said the price did not change after all and at that point I wanted to switch florists, but it was too close to the wedding day, so I settled for what we had. I do want to include that the bougets she made were beautiful and I loved the way they turned out! My main complaint is the greenery and the difficulty in communication.

y. I had no experience whatsoever in planning events and I was planning my wedding all on my own. Callie was so great at talking things through with me and explaining different things that I wasn’t even aware of. She was always first to listen, second to speak. She validated all of my feelings and worked so incredibly hard at making my visions come to life. Once the big day arrived, Callie’s floral pieces were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. She truly was a blessing throughout the whole process.
