Before choosing Calvin I interviewed 3-4 "big box" photographers. The approach felt very impersonal, from the presentation about their company to how they choose their photographers. Some of them didn't even let you choose your specific photographer without an additional fee. Calvin was different from the start . He was direct, straightforward, laid-back and fun. I saw his portfolio online and I knew he would get amazing shots of us in this unique location, but he didn't spend bus time focusing on his company history; instead, he offered actual valuable suggestions and asked great questions about our timeline and our goals. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience working with him. Our photos are amazing and I'm absolutely obsessed!

Calvin is a phenomenal photographer. He was attentive to what we wanted and provided his own professional ideas as well. I met with him at both the ceremony and reception venues to get an idea of the layout for optimal photographs. He provided us with both candid and staged photographs from our wedding.
