I began working with Emily. The customer service was phenomenal. Emily takes the time to schedule a few phone calls in advance to walk through the planning process. This helped alleviate any stress I had as I knew I was being taken care of. Communication was a huge factor for me when choosing vendors. On the day of the wedding Emily's team showed up with multiple people to help transform my venue and made it look beautiful. The best part was they returned to help flip the room too later on in the evening. This was something I didn't realize I would appreciate so much so I could truly enjoy my day and have my family and friends not have to worry either. From the beginning, Emily listened, asked questions, clarified ideas, and ended up creating a stunning, "fairytale like" wedding day experience. Every single flower, decoration or arrangement (ceremony, reception, cake topper, bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, etc) were absolutely impeccable and perfect!! Guests complimented on how gorgeous they were and they felt like they were at a celebrity wedding in the "Hamptons."
I remember seeing the venue set up with her arrangments for the first time and was in complete awe of the beauty and elegance of every arrangement. We will be forever grateful for Emily for creating this cherished memory and experience.

Based on other reviews (all 5 stars) I excepted better communication or any at all. Maybe I just fell through the cracks for her or an off couple of months. Either way it’s not professional and left me with a false sense of hope as there’s not a lot of companies to choose from (for my request).

I take 100% of the responsibility that I did not follow up with you to make sure you received it. I wrongly assumed you had gone with a different florist when I never heard anything back from you. For that lapse in communication, I deeply apologize.
I know there are many amazing floral artists here in the metro area who would be able to create your sunflower bouquet and I would absolutely reach out to those in my network to see if they can accommodate your request if you would like.
I know I am not perfect and I am always striving to better serve every single one of my clients. I wish this situation was avoided, but I am thankful you brought it to my attention so I can firm up my business policies and procedures. From now on, all brides will first have a phone call with me before any pricing is discussed. My wedding inquiry form will also be filled out prior to any proposal so that I have all of their contact information like a direct phone number or an alternate way to get ahold of them.
I know those changes don't make your experience any different, but know that your opinion was heard and changes will be made. If there is anything else you would like to discuss please call me directly.

Starting from my Pinterest board and a conversation with Emily, she had great ideas / recommendations for our floral arrangements. She was flexible to work with - pricing out multiple options for us as we were deciding on final arrangements & budgeting everything out. She was extremely helpful during set-up on the day of, making sure all of the floral arrangements and centerpieces were perfect, and helped to transition the room from ceremony to reception. She also offers tear down for an extra cost, which was worth it to us and helped make things much easier at the end of the night.

CamBam Custom Floral is owned by Emily Weaver who is also the lead florist. Emily has always been intrinsically drawn to the natural beauty of flowers whether she was picking her grandmother’s flowers as a child or working at her first floral shop in college where she earned a Bachelor of Arts. After working in the floral industry for 8 years in both Nebraska and Arizona, Emily decided to open her own business in order to give her clients one of a kind customer service and premium quality floral design. Her designs showcase the unique personality, taste, and lives of her clients.
