We were booked at the Cambria for 2 nights, as a family of 4. The room was clean, the view was awesome, and the overall service was great. My only issue was the young lady checking me in seemed like she wasn't really interested in what she was ...
doing. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Throughout our I stay I received text messages asking if we needed anything. This made restocking toiletries and such a breeze.
The beds were comfy, both pool areas very clean, and again, the views were great.
Our room was a 2 Queen/Sofa Bed, Bayfront and it was definitely worth the price. Everyone liked the shower and the amenities provided. Our kids enjoyed the game room, and were able to take advantage of the snacks for sale in the lobby. This is definitely a place I'd love to stay at again.

We broke down on the highway coming home from our wedding and needed a place to stay while our car was fixed.

top floor. The room was clean & comfortable with a sleek & modern design. We were able to enjoy peace & quiet on the top floor.
The personnel we interacted with were all friendly, polite & helpful. Thank you so much for helping us turn our awful situation around to a positive and enjoyable experience!
Will definitely be stopping in to stay again!

The staff that sits outside and welcomes you to the hotel/directs you to the above restaurant is wildly unprofessional. We have always had good experiences prior but last night (10/4/2024 around 7 pm) was ridiculous. We frequent the Spain Wine ...
Bar often and are used to going in through the second set of doors and heading on up. However, this time, we were abruptly stopped by the outside hostess then admonished by the second “security” type employee in the rudest way possible and told “ you can’t go in there” until my partner clarified that we had just spoken to the restaurant on the phone. These woman did this loudly enough that other patrons had went out of their way to mention to us how inappropriate it was when we were out of their sight. As if that wasn’t embarrassing enough, on the way out of the hotel, while waiting for our ride, we were told by the same woman that “you can’t sit there, lobbies closed” while quite literally being shooed out of the building. It’s not being told these things that bothered us but the absolute lack of regard or respect we were shown by their employees. You don’t speak to people like that as an employee, and you can direct people kindly. Especially when there isn’t obvious signage to dictate we should have moved otherwise. Please do better.

cony with people next door. Definitely look at other hotels before you overpay for a room here. Oh and don’t forget the $250 security deposit you wait 5 business days to get back. Place is a joke
